I could set up a student for you, as one of my characters is a Jedi Knight but is not the most skilled in certain areas of the Force. On the other hand, I also have a Dark Jedi and a Sith Lord that you could fight if you felt so inclined.

The Knight is Relvan Serani'ia, a Diathim who was introduced into the order and stayed with them despite suffering loss. The Dark Jedi is Darth Estril, a Jawa who spends most of his time inventing things and left the Order because he felt stifled, unloved and restrained.
