Bug Mentions in Group Conversations - Sometimes with Thumbnail and sometimes without.

Not sure what affects this.
To the left is the coding (I typed it with the @ and it changed into that after the save), to the right is the result.

The thumbnail of the avatar only showed up for the last mentioned person.
Any insights would be appreciated; I don't care if it's with or without but I'd like it to be the same all over.

Had this today.

Only one user has their avatar appear and they were also the only one to get a notification.

Seems limited to discussions in groups.
