Description: Menders can refer to any number of cybernetics created by LOOM and Ultimatum for the sole purpose of use by clones who were injured during the recent wars. These cybernetics are entirely civilian in nature, built for the purpose of allowing the owner to continue life as normal. Duraplast was used for all of the weight bearing parts while Desh was utilized for those components that moved more or required more flexibility.
These machines are a gift to the Republic for that specific reason. Ultimatum has promised that should any part require replacement that it will be replaced for no fee. The droid did make certain that in theory the parts will survive almost as long as the people, if not longer. The cybernetics are not intended for combat, because it was intended for the clones who had decided not to fight.
