Description:
It has honestly taken Damien the longest time to become a true Mandalorian once more, to push himself back into the thick of things. He was gone, in hiding, a recluse, for so long and missed so much. One of the largest things he missed was the death of [member="Ember Rekali"]. The man was one of the greatest warriors the galaxy had ever seen. He was incredibly powerful, dangerous, yet humble and capable of being concerned for others.
This made Damien think back to the one time he had been in the same battlefield as the Alor of Clan Rekali. It had been the Invasion by the Manda to Dromund Kaas. He himself had faced a woman called Ayra, but that was nothing. Ember faced a man, performing some of the most amazing battle elegance ever. He used shotgun, saber, Force, and fists. But he might as well have been leading an armada.
The man used strength of limb to topple the front of an academy. How's that for a message??
With this in mind, Damien realized... he didn't know much about anyone other than himself. Those he did, that weren't family, were dead. At this, he instantly went to work. Through a combination of minor Runes and neutral imbuement, Damien first took a MerrTitan ingot and crafted a near indestructible chain and pendant. They were etched white, not via means of paint, rather a molecular alteration by the master craftsman. Next they are fitted with a special gem, that will be gotten into in a moment. As the gem rests beautifully, Damien moves to some intricate molding. He lines the gem with positioning for several more, alongside a pattern of Force driven design.
Onto the gems. This was his absolute first attempt at doing something like this - lightside imbuement. Firstly he gathered several members of Clan Rekali, those closest to Ember, then with their neutral but loving essences, he added an addition via his daughter, Jamila Elahad, amongst others. With them all bearing the brunt of true lightside essences, he was able to channel these into sapphires of the purest and most expensive cut. They are largely resilient to time, wear and tear, alongside overall damage. But the effort was not to make these durable, but to guide the Light as it moved through the minds of the Mandalorians. As they wished Ember back, to see their Alor once more, their friend.
This brought about the amazing ability of the jewelry! When a wearer holds their pendant, thinking of Ember, they find themselves in that memory. They are able to enjoy the feel of him patting their back, hear him as he readily called his vod to the defense of the innocent. Its possible to hear his truest words, hear the speeches before being led to battle, to watch him interact with his people. Through this, most are calmed, centering themselves, making ready for battle, but the other can be said as well. They get extremely happy seeing a lost friend, or saddened when they miss a loved one.
Through this pendant, one is able to be with their friend once more.
