Meetings of Fate (Open)

The Coruscant Underworld was never a pretty place to be in.
Infact here on Coruscant it was where crime,and poverty were the most spotted. It showed a very different side than what you would encounter on the surface so beautiful,and rich. While the underworld was dirty,and ugly. It had been a long time since Jakkor had been to Coruscant. With the recent liberation by the GA the One Sith had lost there capital,and it gave people hope that once in a very long time that the Sith can be defeated.

Jakkor decided to explore Coruscant it had been 800 years since he had seen it,and he decided to explore the lower levels for once. In his time as a jedi in the old republic all Jakkor knew was the surface so he never had a chance to explore the lower levels,and he was slowly regretting it. It was depressing atmosphere here the weak were bullied by thugs,and crime lords ruled this area as they were unchecked by the Sith,and with rebuilding underway it made matters worse,but as he kept walking something was calling Jakkor. He could sense a strong connection to the force,and started to walk where he could sense it not knowing what he could find in the slum filled streets.

The rotting stench of old food and sickness clung to the air like a heavy morning mist. The streets beneath Mini's feet were slippery, covered in slime and some other mysterious sludge. Making her way across the large courtyard that was made up of bars, dodgy loan shark offices and more. The smell had long been forgotten by Mini's nose, she was far too used too it now. She slipped into the alley way behind the bakers, going about her usual morning routine. The heavy metal lid covering the bins was cold to the touch and rather heavy for her thin body. But, like every morning, she laid it gently on the floor. Carefully, so as not to rouse the sleeping baker, who's bed lay just behind the thick metal wall. Yesterdays unsold products shone from inside, a feast fit for a street urchin.
In a stroke of genius she lifted her scarf up to cover her nose and mouth. The stench of her clothes was far better than the stench of rotting food, which grew a thick, heavy mould that was just visible beyond her breakfast. With no second thought she plunged her head into the can, deft fingers picked out the awaiting loaves. After a quick check for signs of rot the bread was flung behind her and landed squarely in her open sack. Mini made a point of only taking what she needed. It would be a fine thing to pick and choose as she went but to save the baker from noticing, she chose only two loaves.
With her meal packed in her bag and ready to eat, she made her usual left turn onto the street just opposite of the square...

He kept tracking the force signature with relative ease going from street to street before stopping at a bakery. He sensed that whoever it was,was very close and not very far from here. He kept searching around till he saw a girl. No more like a teenager who from the looks of it was very dirty,and ragged. He figured she was the force signature he sensed,and tracked.

He saw her walking over to another street carrying a bag. Jakkor could only assume she must have stolen some old bread when the baker wasn't looking. He felt a touch of sadness for the girl living a life like this. He followed her keeping his walk slow,and steady hoping she wouldn't notice for he did not want to scare her off,as his curiousity about her grew with so many questions in his mind!

Mini could not explain why, but today as she walked her usual walk, her small world felt different. It felt less lonely. Like a friendly power of some sort were watching over her. It gave her a kind of confidence she had long since forgotten. It had been years since she had felt comfortable enough to explore, so instead of returning to her roof tops, she began to wonder. As she turned the twisted narrow streets her feral instincts began gnawing away at her mind. Who or what, she could not place. But something was following her. It took her the longest of times and a fair few bruises to hone this sense on the streets. It was like second nature to her now. Her quick hazel eyes darted across the scenery, looking for some sharp corner to turn, if only to confirm her suspicion.
In her idle minded state Mini had wondered too far. A close feeling of panic began to set in as she hastened her search for an escape.
She made the quick turn down another alley, which was hidden behind a sign post until the very last second. Her nimble feet caught the stones beneath her and she sprinted into a run, reaching the end of the alley quicker than she expected. Or rather, bumping into the end of it. Swinging around she watched, waiting in the dark damp of a dead end.

He somehow knew as he followed her. She sensed his signature as well,but he knew she was completely unaware of it. His suspcions were correct when she started sprinting going from street to street,and alley to alley. He pushed people out of his way as he chased her using the force to increase his speed.

After minutes of chasing her. He finally reached her in an alley where there was a dead end up ahead. He approached her,and knelt infront of her where his tusken mask was inches from her face,and his eyes stared into hers through the red lenses. He spoke in a gentle tone to her.

"You know. If you can understand me I do not wish to harm you. You do not need to fear me young one."

[member="Mini Resh'Kla"]

She scrunched up her nose, stepping backwards once, then twice. Her back pressed against the cool metal of the wall. Even if it was slightly damp and blocking her escape path, it still felt comforting. Mini wasn't sure what to make of the man, who had by now knelt down to her height. Though she had only just caught his words, something inside her screamed to believe him. Mini could feel the pleasant sensation creeping back, taking over her fear once again. She straightened up and pushed off the wall lightly, though made no move to step closer to him. "Why were you following me then? Did I steal something from you? Is this a joke? Are you the baker?"
Her words came in a quick flurry, even Mini didn't really understand why she was asking so many questions. It had been months since someone had last spoken directly to her, unless it was to shout or curse. Every day she had carved a thin line into the metal walls of her "house", each one signifying how many days it had been since she last saw the ship Resh'Kla and its friendly crew. Her voice sounded strange and scratchy from ill use. It felt like a break from her uneventful daily routine which only added to the unavoidable feeling of a friendly presence.

He said to her in a amused tone.
"Ah so she can speak. No I am not the Baker. And to answer your question I sensed a strong force signature in the area. I followed it,and it led me to you. Here I'll make it easier on you."

He started unwrapping his mask,and slowly peeled it off. When he was finished he set it down revealing a young man the same age as she was. With long brown hair,brown eyes,and pale skin with scars on both his cheekbones,and one over lapping his left eye. He gave her a warm smile as he said "Is that better. My apperance may frighten some,and I didn't want the same effect I am a Tusken,but I am also a Jedi."

[member="Mini Resh'Kla"]

Mini couldn't help but let slip a giggle, so quiet it was almost unheard by herself. It almost felt foreign on her tongue, or at least the sincerity of it did. His voice calmed her frayed nerves even further, along with the confirmation that he was in fact a human. She had guessed as much. She remained silent as she inspected his face, though her eyes never lingered in one place too long. As she came the conclusion that perhaps, this man was not so bad, she let her shoulders relax. In doing so she finally got around to processing his words. Perhaps she wasn't as smart as she originally thought.
"What's the force? I didn't know I was doing that. Has someone put something on me?" She did a quick spin, her head attempting to twist to check her back for any devices. She imagined in her head a tracker like device, emitting some kind of strange signature that told strangers she was lost. After thoroughly checking herself over she glanced back to the so called Jedi in front of her. "And uhrm... what's a Jedi?"
[member="Jakkor Kess"]

He chuckled as he placed a hand on her shoulder. He wondered how long the girl was here,and how did she not know what the force,or the jedi was. He began to explain it to her very simpily.
"The force is an energy field generated by all living things. It surrounds us,penetrates us. It binds the galaxy together. Not many are able to sense it those that can sense it such as you or I for instance. Are called force sensitives. Their are two religions alligned with two sides of the force. The Jedi follow the light side of the force. They focus on using their power for the good of everyone in the galaxy. They are selfless. The Sith are followers of the dark side,and mortal enemies of the Jedi they only care about themselves. The jedi,and the Sith can wield laser swords called lightsaber's the Sith or anyone associated with the dark side wield red blades. The jedi like myself can wield blue,green,yellow,or purple,or sometimes other colors as well. With the force if you train yourself you can jump from very far high distances. You can move objects by the very will of your mind. You can even use it to heal wounds,and illnesses. Does that clear everything up for you."

Mini blinked rapidly, even her quick mind had trouble with all the new words it had to process. She took a few minutes, but eventually she managed to coax a slow nod out of her her head. A sold thump in her chest told her that, for whatever reason, she was excited. It felt like a fairy tale world was unfolding in front of her. She was supposedly one of these force sensitives? As she thought on it further, it made a little more sense. During her time in the city she had been incredibly lucky. She had opened all the right bins, found all the right valuables and up to today, turned the right corners. She had managed to narrowly avoid a grisly death on so many occasions that she had lost count. Could it have been this force the whole time? She raised her eyebrow into a soft arch, glancing thoughtfully at him.
" So, what exactly am I supposed to do with it? Can I even do anything with it? I doubt any of those fancy sounding Jedi's would want someone like me. Sounds like you have to be some kind of important to be able to learn all these things." She waved her hand dismissively. Inside her mind was reeling. It excited her more than she cared to admit, which is why she had put on such an unenthusiastic tone. She hoped with all her heart this man wasn't here to just tell her about this gift and then leave her too it. What could she do with the knowledge beside probe him for more answers? She wouldn't dare risk asking anyone else and the Resh'Kla would not be back for a long while yet. "How do I find them?"

Undin Jaii was just wandering around in the underworld of Coruscant, like he always used to. He liked to keep an eye on every single spot, as the child he was, he was very curious, analyzing every pond, street and alley with great detail. He loved it, the mistery.
But as he was turning the street, he saw what seemed to be a familiar behind, to be more specific, @Jakor Kess ' behind,as he had met on a different planet. He couldn't forget the Tusken, has he, was the first one to treated him with a saber. He saw a girl aswell, and tought he was robbing her. He didn't think why he had no weapons out, his first tought was to help the poor girl.
As of doing so, he prepared a little trap, he tied a rope, that was just covered in enough slime and muddy water to not be able to be seen , to different ends of the wall. He just needed something to call his attention, to piss him off, but what could it be?
He quickly remembered of a story he had read on a book, where the previous Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker, slaughtered a bunch of Tuskens.
As of so , he foolishly yelled "Hey! Crab face, remember me? Or do you remember Anakin Skywalker killing your people?", as of saying so, he then proceeded to taunt the Tusken.

He laughs rubbing the back of his head. She just had to ask that question,but then a thought came to him he could take this girl away from her horrible lot in life,and give her something better. Show her power unlike she hadn't known in all her life. He said to her amused,but serious.

"Your a silly girl. Your sitting right in front of one. I have lived for 800 years. I lived through the Clone Wars I survived the Empire hunting my kind to near extinction. Technically I slept for the last 800 years. I am not a true Jedi Knight I am only a Padawan,but I could offer you something better than this. To explore worlds you have never seen. To feel power that maybe at a time you were craving to wield,or you can stay here and continue whatever life you have been living thus far. The choice is yours.
He extends his hand out to her. Open palm upwards waiting for her decision. He then saw [member="Undin Jaii"],and scowled at him when he saw him. Unhooking one of his sabers,and igniting it the green blade comes to life. He spoke in a irritated tone.
"Well if it isn't the snot nosed punk. Do you have any idea how rude you are. Now begone pest. Tales of a deadman will not anger me."
He extended his hand out,and delieved a force push sending him flying into a brick,and durasteel wall.

[member="Mini Resh'Kla"]

Seeing the Tusken had ignored his previous calls, he decides to repeat himself but with a bit reluntancy this time, like he knew something bad was going to happen, but nonetheless he had to try and ,has he tought, save the girl and he repeat himself "Hey Crab Face! Can't you hear me? Are you deaf aswell? I think that Anakin Skywalker cut your peoples hears aswell as he slaughtered them like pigs! Did he cut yours aswell?"

Her heart skipped a thousand beats in her chest. She had not thought that the man himself was a Jedi. The decision was an easy one of course, but even so, Mini found herself looking back at all she had here. Her somewhat comfortable quarters above the bakery's hot ovens, who's floors heated up during the cold winter nights as the embers underneath burnt low. She thought of the kindly old couple who ran the little run down cafe, how many times had they given her left overs? Then she thought of the Resh'Kla. The crew and its Captain. The fear of never seeing them again was great, but her need for adventure and a taste of this new promised life was even more so.
Her hand trembled as she lifted it, the only show of emotion she dared make. As she placed it into his a warmth spread over her and a grateful smile touched the corners of her lips.
She didn't hear the boy until a full 30 seconds later. Snapping her head to the voice, she awaited her companions actions.

After Undin was sent flying and got up he realized how lucky he was that the durasteel wall was actually made of aluminium,but his arm was really hurt from hitting the brick, he walked near the alleyway both the Tusken and girl were standing in, shaking from his wound, he looked at the Tusken in the eyes and yelled "LEAVE THAT POOR GIRL AND FIGHT ME LIKE A MAN!" , he then proceed to re-taunt the Tusken and looked at his arm to see if he could maybe use it in a fight.

Her feet froze to the floor, hand mid-air where it had once grasped at a hand. Confrontation was something she was used too, but she was useless in a fight. However quick and agile she might be, once caught, she was defenceless. Her weak muscles couldn't deliver a punch worth of a small rat. Instead she watched, with big doe eyes, drinking in the first use of the force she had ever witnessed. It was something to behold, beyond her wildest dreams. All of a sudden the boy was being thrown through the air as some invisible force struck him down.
Mini watched with a slight feeling of anticipation.
[member="Undin Jaii"] [member="Jakkor Kess"]

He looked at [member="Mini Resh'Kla"] and said in a gentle voice. "I'm sorry about this my dear,but you are about to witness what a jedi can do. Then afterwords I can take you to my ship. Get you cleaned up a nice warm meal,and some new clothes. Plus a place to sleep so now excuse me." He then resumed his scowl not bothering to pick his mask back up. He scowled at [member="Undin Jaii"] ,and laughed at his claim his saber still ignited,as he slowly approached him.
He said "Why should i. you have no power,and you must be really stupid to take on a Jedi especially one that was a commander in the Clone Wars. So I'm in a good mood,so why don't you save yourself the trouble of being force choked,and get out of here before I change my mind,and give a demonstration of the force to the girl here."

As he saw the so called Jedi commander approaching he remembered one last thing that could piss him off to make him trip into the ground using the trap he had setup "Clone Wars uh? And you're a Jedi uh? Weren't they... killed like animals by their own armies, betrayed by their brothers, the clones? And what about your master did they get shot in the back aswell? You must be a lucky one to have survived what other jedies could not".
Said that, he waited just out of reach hoping the Tusken would go on a sprint and fall face first into the sludge, where he could easily take both of his sabers and save the girl, that he had tought being taken hostage.

The Ancient Outsider would descend onto the Coruscant Underworld,after the Liberation,Xiarr wanted to see what the planet had become after all of these years. He already knew about the surface,seeing as that was covered in the holo-news,but the Underworld was an enigma to him. He wondered if some of the people in the Underworld still think that the sky is a myth or lives are still controlled by vicious gangs and spice dealers,and almost nothing had changed,the Underworld was still a mess. He landed the Outsider where everything happens in the Underworld,level 1313. After walking out the spaceport,he noticed a beggar,they usually don't last long in 1313,but Xiarr decided to give him a credit anyways. He would throw a credit chip into the beggar can,and he would say "Thank you,Master Jedi" Xiarr winked at him and walked further into the Underworld.

As Xiarr walked through the streets he heard a child yelling,he followed the sound of child's voice,turning out he was only a block or so away,once he got there he heard lightsabers activating,he entered an alleyway behind [member="Undin Jaii"] and he saw a mask that he couldn't forget,the mask of his friend,[member="Jakkor Kess"],he didn't say anything,but he made sure that he could see him.As he was giving some kid a lecture,he blocked the kids escape routes off,clearly,the kid was some street rat or was just trying to attention.
