Setzi is a pilot and is interested in starting an elite squadron for the Sith. Maybe that can be a topic of discussion? Not sure who is leading up the Navy IC...

The IC leadership defected but I still have this guy who is a NFU trained pilot. Perhaps they should meet at some point to discuss your idea IC.

Isamu has jumped into the meeting.

I'm not sure of the reason why a lowly High Colonel would be invited. Maybe his war contributions have caused him to be noticed by the upper ranks? Or maybe we can tie in my OOC thread where I wanted to create new artillery and anti-air units and maybe invigorate the Sith's siege abilities (Kind of like how [member="Darth Hauntruss"] is fixing up the navy). He can IC be put in charge of that stuff.

Just thinking out loud though.

I would say yes it would be fine to assume permission. Threads stall from time to time it happens but we try not to let such a thing have a negative effect on a character's story or a writers RP.
