  • Fancy Hair Pin
  • Piercing Needle Point
  • Wire Cordage
  • Motion Wire Trap
  • Electric Stun & Shock
  • Manual & Motion Activated
STRENGTHS
  • Discreet Carry : The needle in designed to appear like a seamless and decorative pin. Making it easy to conceal amongst jewelry and clothing.
  • Thin Line : The thin metal wire is difficult to see when unraveled but highly durable.
  • Electric Stun : The electric output is enough to stun a grown man or disrupt machinery.
WEAKNESSES
  • User Error : If the electric charge is detonated and the wire is being touched, the user risks being electrocuted and stunned.
  • You Get 2 Yards : The wire length when unwrapped only totals out to six feet.
  • One Charge : The electric components size only allows for one charge then it is fried and needs to be replaced.
  • Weight Retention : The magnetized cap when placed and the wire strung out can not withstand more then 68 kilos and either end has a tendency to snap off from their anchor points. It makes for a weak tripping hazard.
DESCRIPTION
The Mirshir'bev or 'shock needle/spike' in Mando'a is a wearable wire wrapped beskar spike that measures out at eight inches long and is one to three centimeters wide at either end. At first glance it appears to be a solid and minimalistic hair pin but is a multipurpose visibly concealable weapon. Produced by Caeos Prahl Caeos Prahl in the forges on Echoy'la and Roon, it serves as her first original piece. One of many first tasks to achieve the title of Forgemaster. It's most basic implementation is to be used to stab and slash in combat. The decorative knob can be casted metal or set with gem which acts like a cap hiding the other end of the needle point and is attached to the wire wrapped around the spike itself. The wire can be used to tie and restrain amongst other violent purposes. Though durable it's size limits the length of cordage to two yards when unraveled. Inside the cap itself hides electrical components and a single stun charge that conducts through the length of the wire when trigger causing it to shock anything conductive that comes in contact with it.

Applying maglock technology in the cap, the wire can be strung out and anchored at two points by the cap and by either burying the needle at the end of the wire or by tying off the cord to make for a trip wire. The strength of the maglock is considerably weak and only able to withstand up to 68 kilos of weight. In most tests the magnet is knocked off at it's anchor by a running target and or a walking heavily armored individual. It makes up for this with a motion sensor and where is lacks in weight retention, the electric charge can be tripped when the wire is touched to deliver stunning shock to it's victim. It should be noted the electric shock can be activated while the wire is still wrapped around the length of the pin but if the user is touching the wire with out protection, they will find themselves shocked as well. The cap can be handled and is where the manual activator can be pressed to deliver the charge, in the reference notes it's referred to as a 'stabby tazer'. After the charge is detonated notable burnt damage can be seen to the cap but it's core purpose remains. The spike and wire is still able to be implemented in practical use.
