Description:
Maw Construction Group noticed the lack of sufficient housing in some of the richer cities in the galaxy. The new development by the MCG would allow quick and cheap housing to be accessible to many.
From the outside this house looks stark and unimposing, it has been built with multiple different materials for structural integrity. The building is shaped like a rectangle and is 150m long and and 50m wide. The Tenements hold 250 individual rooms, split into regions of 6 rooms, which share bathroom facilities. As standard, each room has a small kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and climate control. All rooms are of equal size, with windows on every room. In rooms with concealed windows, a display replaces it. Each end of the building has doors that are sealed until another Tenement of the same type connects to it, this is the same with the roof. Each level holds 50 rooms. The rooms are each 10m long and 5 metres wide, with an floor area of 50m2.
As long as the owner of the building can afford the costs to maintain the multiple Tenements, they can be stacked(up to 3 high) and connected to others, making a total of 8 connections maximum.
