After her fallout with the NIO, Mattali Omenza has cast aside her false name, and embraced her criminal roots, this time with a bit more knowledge, and alot more credits to work with. Fashioning this armor from her experience in the NIO Military, as well as her own desires for a lightweight combat suit, this suit is the end result, and much to her satisfaction, she looks pretty good in it.
