Cold.....Everything was cold.....He took in a breath and as he exhale chilling air was released instead of his normally warm breath. He was learning. He learned from the time Master Imura taught him the ways of fire. Jericho opened the door of his master and was now was mastering the elements. He raised a hand and a ball of ice was formed and with the wave of his fingers the ice melted into his palm and fire took its place. Then with the closing of his palm, the ball of flame disappear, Jericho let out a sigh. He hasn't seen his fire shaping master in some time, hopefully he was okay.
Jericho clipped on his armor tightly and rolled out his shoulders and legs to make sure it stayed on and making sure he didn't limit his own movement followed by wearing traditional silver jedi robes assumed that the robes were required. Master [member="Maya Whitelight"] was a good friend and they been many different adventures. It would be disrespectful if he held back against her, then again would it be the other way around? In truth he has only battled against sith and enemies that deserved no quarter and sparring with padawans was training them to face off with said enemies. Was this match suppose to be like that or to show now quarter. He indefinably didn't wish to truly harm her.
He let out a sigh as he tapped his sabers lightly, he plucked his orange saber from his belt he made with Asha Seren and shook his head. The double sided saber was for actual battle, the warrior clipped his saber back onto his belt then plucked his other two sabers. He then wondered if he should even used his saber. He re-clipped the sabers and shook his head, better wait until he went into the ring. He made his way and entered the ring shortly after Maya. The crowd cheered and roared for the former council member, she was loved and respected.
He turned and faced the Grandmaster and his younger(?) disciple of Seren. A slight grinned formed under his dark black combat breathing mask. A part of him was proud how far [member="Thurion Heavenshield"] had come since they were children and padawans. The other part was worried for him with the recent events, the death and fall of many masters and change among all the orders. Hopefully he will be safe with his family. He gave the Grandmaster a slight bow of his head before facing Maya and quickly analyzing her. He spotted her sabers and assumed that she was going to use them. But he wanted to test the waters before he brought out his own, not wanting to really hurt her. He only saw the healer, not the warrior, still he won't let down his guard if she made a move.
He went into the standard Teras Kasi stance and started the event by sending a force wave at her.
