Quite some time ago, I was given a glimpse into the qualities staff looks for when considering a Master. They are Creativity, Motivation, and Penmanship. Over the literal years that I have had the pleasure of writing with the character [member="Oron Verd"], I can safely say that all these criteria are met and surpassed.
