A lightsaber crafted by Jedi Master Goto, created with intricate complexity, which showcases his mastery of the Force. Because of his status, Goto was able to use higher quality resources for his - expected - final lightsaber build; as a result, the hilt is primarily songsteel, resistant to damage, with expensive electrum detailing, and a brylark wood grip. Each material is very durable, very costly, and showcases a master-crafted weapon by a skilled master.
Due to the Jedi Master's smaller size, the lightsaber itself is made for his hand size, which can make it unwieldly for others. It also has a comparatively shorter blade than other lightsabers, due to that size discrepancy. The plasma blade itself retains the more traditional aspects of lightsabers, without the more unique or experimental multiple crystal setups.
There is circuitry internally for a meditation crystal, which helps channeling the Force and retaining its energies, as well as an adjustable dampening emitter that toggles a non-lethal setting if needed. Additionally, non-dimetris circuitry allows the blade to avoid shorting out when it touched cortosis, while bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse components allow it to function submerged in water.
All in all, a masterfully crafted weapon for a Jedi Master.
