N&Z account
The N&Z is looking for a location to plop down a massive research and development complex. However, unlike usually, I'd really like to have it be realized first and foremost through political negotiations, potential bribes etc, just to give some legitimacy to the location and its potential impact. Any political or military character with the means (read: owning or controlling a planet either officially through Major Factions or semi-officially through a minor faction) to offer a location and to negotiate in regards to what they expect the N&Z to deliver them is welcome to react.
