STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
+Curious: Markus loves exploring and seeking out new Force lore, his love for knowledge drives him to travel the Galaxy.
+The Force Is Strong: Gifted in with immense power in the Force which he gladly uses to his advantage.
+Talented Swordsman: Though fighting isn't Markus' first response, he is a capable swordsman favoring the forms: Soresu and Makashi. He combines a strong defense (bragging about defending against 40 shooters) and a subversive, quick, and efficient offense.
+Intelligence: Prepped for greatness, Markus is well read, constantly achieves high marks, and reads the dictionary just for the hell of it. According to him, he even added a couple of new words in the dictionary as well!
+Ah yes! The Negotiator!: Words can form friendships and Markus is good at negotiating with nobles and politicians.
-Large Ego: The man's ego is the size of 10 Starkiller Bases, he would often brag about his accomplishments much to the detriment of others.
-Overconfidence: Believes that his plans and ideas are so good that he refuses to listen to others.
- It's Not My Fault!: Crosses over with large ego, Markus has a big problem of admitting fault. Whenever he messes up, he tends to blame it on anything that does not involve him.
-Upper Class Twit: Humility is not in Markus' extensive vocabulary, he's rich and he knows it often showing expensive Jedi Robes and has his Credit Card in hand.
- Lack of Strength: While Markus boasts a strong defense, It's tough for him to deal with power blows. Once he gets overloaded, it's only a matter of time before he's disarmed.

BIOGRAPHY:
Markus born on Alderaan as the second child of House Kortu: One of the most powerful Houses on the planet. At a young age, Markus was more interested in scholarly pursuits wanting to be a librarian or even an archeologist. However, Markus settled on becoming a politician like his father: Jorus Kortu who is the Governor of Alderaan whom he idolized. "You are a Krotu anything is possible." were the words his father would repeatedly say to Markus. Taking those words to heart, Markus succeeded in everything he anything he put his mind to from playing the Harp, to marksman ship but what he really excelled at was academics. Markus would receive high marks in his studies and was even writing an English Thesis paper at age 13. Jorus and his Mother: Liana gave him the necessary tools feeding Markus' ego and desire to be the best. Markus' peers noted him for being a great student but can be an insufferable genius with Markus rubbing his intellect towards he meets. A student noted that Markus was "an arrogant piece of entitled chit who thinks he can gets what he wants."
At age 14, it was discovered that Markus was Force Sensitive when he managed to juggle a couple of books with his mind. Jorus sent Markus to the Silver Jedi Order instead of the New Jedi Order in the Galactic Alliance due to Jorus having many connections with the Silver Jedi. When he first arrived at Kashykk, Markus felt like Force training was just another road block but slowly became accustomed of being a Jedi Knight. As back home, Markus excelled in his Force studies discovering that he was quite the adept. Markus continued to rise in the ranks and with it his ego soared to exponential heights. Unexpectedly at the age of 18, Markus became a Jedi Knight and chose his path as a Jedi Consular falling in love with books and archelogy. Being a Jedi has increased Markus' curiosity of the world and spends most of his time traveling around the galaxy learning about the mysteries of the Force and recover ancient artifacts. He wants to represent House Kortu with pride and of course add more accomplishments to his already prestigious academic career.
