Name: Marken Fasco

Loyalties: Kelan The Hutt's Cartel

Role: Kelan The Hutt's Adviser and Most Business Deals (Considered as 2nd in Command of Cartel)

Intent: Acts as a sort of handler for businesses that are non-thread related. Going to talk with Kelan through holocomm during threads to give opinions based on the event.

Development Threads: No Development Threads

Age: 48 in Galactic Standard Years

Species: Siniteen

Force Sensitivity: No

Appearance: Appears to look like the generic Siniteen but is greatly shorter in size of a generic one.

Personality: Highly serious and never takes the time to joke around, helping him stay on topic in negotiation circumstances. Which is why he had earned Kelan's respect despite the Hutt's small comedy side. In certain circumstances, he can even be grouchy and rude to others in a way.

Weapon of Choice: The Siniteen wasn't meant to be a soldier, and relies primarily on his negotiation and intelligence to avoid combat situations, but has a blaster pistol concealed in his cloak if he were to need it.

Wealth: Marken doesn't have a personal amount of wealth, but he uses the cartel's general money for tasks that he needs to do.

Combat Function: While he does have a basic efficiency with a blaster just from needing to adapt from being on Nar Shaddaa, he prefers to not get his hands dirty and just have others do the work for him while he converses.

Skills: Marken had been a diplomat for numerous other groups before settling upon becoming a member of a Hutt cartel, so he has numerous amounts of experience from previous sources.

Notable Possessions: Using some funds, he had managed to contact someone to create a holocomm that could build in a retina scanner so no one could steal it and use it for purposes against him or the cartel.

History: Marken Fasco grew up on the 'Smuggler's Moon', Nar Shaddaa. This caused him to grow up surrounded by criminals, granting him an aptitude to understand how gang activity works and what to do around them at a young age. His life hadn't gotten really interesting until his adult life and he had been discovered by an average gang and was assigned to be in charge of setting up deals with various people in the gang. His first gang was the longest crime system that he had been in, until there was a fallout within the leaders that led to the group being disbanded. Marken was left without any form of financial stability, continuously hopping from one gang to another. However, he had finally settled upon a certain cartel that had been stable, which was Kelan The Hutt's cartel, except it belonged to the Hutt's father at the time.

Despite his serious nature, Marken was highly respected within the cartel by many of the members, As time passed on, he had eventually ranked very high in the cartel, but was never given a specific role and seemed to just hang around. All of that changed after the murder of Kelan's father, leaving the cartel in the son's hands. As Kelan was beginning with his new found leadership, he had great trouble managing all of his businesses at once, and even needed a bit of help leading the entire gang. That was when Marken had a drastic change in his life, as Kelan began looking for a respected person in the cartel to handle that, and Marken had all of those capabilities. Eventually, at having the most amount of recommendations out of any other member, the Siniteen ended up being the major handler of most business dealings, as well as Kelan's personal adviser. By many, he was thought of as the 2nd in command and even had the greatest power in the cartel, only lower to Kelan himself.

Combat Function: While he does have about double of the ability to be efficient with a blaster than an average soldier, he prefers to not get his hands dirty and just have others do the work for him while he converses.
Honestly, nothing I read in the history or anywhere else in the submission would explain just how he got so good with a blaster.
You can either scale this back, or add in an explanation of how he got so good.
