- Personality: Serious and methodical, she enjoys coming up with several plans that can be used and always assumes that they will need to go with plan c or even e since nothing survives the first contact. With her soldiers she is a comrade, with the other jedi she is a friend who will protect anyone who is in the order.

Marika was found on Korriban during one of the campaigns to try and stop them. One of Darth Voracitos inquisitions among the sith for those who were disloyal to him. Her mother was already gone but she was found in the pit by the jedi who pulled her out and raised her among the jedi in the temple. However compared to many of the other padawans she was more akin to fighting and roughhousing. She didn't do well in some of the more showy aspects. She didn't do good with healing and telekinesis but she knew how to push herself.. she could train for hours and hours. She was more interested in roles like a guardian or temple security where she could protect the others. OFten standing up for the some of the younglings who were not chosen to be padawans... but the jedi weren't entirely bullies it was more early children being annoying.
She studied and failed to become a padawan in truth but she chose and asked to be moved to the security of the temple. She had the skills... she had the talent and she could train with the temple security and guards who were among themselves with their own duty. Her request was granted and she started training to defend the jedi temple.. learning how to use a lightsaber but she was also using weapons. When she was given a chance to go to one of the other temples and be in charge of security since she had gotten much better at it... she jumped at the chance to prove herself. Taking the position among the jedi there on Vaynai and working to protect the silver jedi temple on the planet itself. She worked there and protected the temple until the Bryn uprising and attacks.
The dangerous crabs were sweeping across the worlds and destroying them, Marika was one of the squads trying to help the people and they couldn't believe the level of damage that had been done. The squad was beaten after an attack and the devastation led to them being battered by the bryn. Marika herself pinned down and her arm in the mouth of one of the creatures as she watched her squaad being executed along with the civilians. Her anger flaring and she grabbed a combat knife using it to sever her arm so she could get free and stabbing everything that she could breaking a claw off and finishing with it as blood loss got to her and she was dragged with her other arm heavily damaged from acid. A medical pod serving to protect her from dying but she needed amputation and reconstruction.
She survived and with reconstruction of her arms by the jedi she was able to continue fighting. Her hatred something big that they understood seeing it and she was nearly exiled because of it. Stopping just short as she worked among the jedi and the paladins. The end of the war helped at cooling a lot of her anger and hatred but the wounds that she had were tainted heavily by the darkside. It wasn't like a sith poison it was carved into her flesh down to the very parts of her and it could still influence her. Then the attack news came... the Silver Rest was on fire and the paladins were being sent to try and save people. The investigation would be something that had to be done and the ones who did it they would have to bring to justice. Marika was looking at the Ranger's and Paladins who were being sent out.
She worked with them and found that she still had the darkside in her more and more.. she fought against it and it hurt but when she was pushed by House Io's fighters it came out again... attacking and savagely going into them with whatever weapons they were able to use. THey could be tough but she was one to shred them as needed and could keep coming... her endurance and pain threshold something beyond what many of them could do. Marika was brought on when the Silver Concord dissolved as one of the lead paladins who would serve in the temple security measures. Establishing the teams for each temple, outpost and enclave that is set up by the silver jedi as well as working to make sure they have plenty of defensive measures.
