Rationale: Due to the increased needs of the Mandalorian government Ordo was given the opportunity to take the reins of the company that had been around nearly as long as MandalMotors and see if he could return it to the premier weapons and technology manufacturer in the Galaxy that it had once been. To this end he offered the former owners a substantial amount of credits and purchased the company outright.

Description:
MandalTech, For millennia the name had been listed as one of the best in the production of personal arms and equipment as well as the designers of several famous weapon design such as the Mandalorian Ripper, Canderous-Class Assault Tank, and many others. MandalTech has been a Mandalorian mainstay and the key supplier for the Mandalorian military since its founding. Although many of its designs were for personal or individual use they were easily convertible into full military employment. The current state of the company has been less than ideal due to the fact that much of its headquarters was destroyed during the Sith/Death watch invasion of Mandalore. Many of the employees had taken jobs with MandalMotors or Mandal Hypernautics and moved on while the company leaders were doing their best to re-establish the company.

After a good deal of time went by the Owner of MandalMotors and current Mand’alor in discussion with Field Marshal Ordo came to an agreement that Ordo would take possession of the Company and try to rebuild it. Ordo, the gentle, patient and caring man that he is, gladly accepted the opportunity and approached the former owners. The owners were only too glad to accept a generous compensation and turned over full ownership of the company to Ordo.
After several weeks of reviewing blueprints and designs that had never seen production Ordo decided to expand the company’s research into the civilian sector. To this effect he began designing several types of support systems, ships, and equipment to be sold to the general public while retaining the more militant designs for strictly Mandalorian sales. Ordo who had already been a designer of several armour types for the Mandalorians and their allies also decided to add his own abilities to the company by designing several armours also for local militias, police and security forces.

Rationale:

After years of production, excellent sales, and various small contracts as well as several large scale production request. The owners of MandalTech decided it would expand from weapons, droids and ships to delving into Advanced sentient being - Mechanical interface technology. With the success of the recent Bioprinter and Galactic Holo-Matrix preparing for expansion, MandalTech saw fit to scale up their research and development of implants and various forms of enhancement to sentient beings.
