Rationale: MandalRail was an old subsidiary of MandalMotors that had been shut down. However, after the old rail system was noticed by the CEO of MandalMotors subsidiaries Daw Motors and Mandalorian Transit Agency, Jecht Thrash, it was decided to bring back the subsidiary and redesign the rail system and reopen it for use again.

Description: MandalRail is an old subsidiary of MandalMotors founded some time after the destruction of the One Sith by the Galactic Federation Triumvirate in 138ABY. Design originally to transport raw materials across Mandalore's sparsely populated surface it eventually became a way for Mandalorian explorers and reserachers to explore the planet they called home, leading to thousands of discoveries throughout the planet. The company however shut down due to the rail system not being maintainable without a larger workforce than Mandalore could produce.
After Jecht Thrash, CEO of the MandalMotors subsidiaries Daw Motors and Mandalorian Transit Agency, brought these old rail systems to Gilamar's attention the two decided to embarc on the challenge to rejuvenate the rail system with the slightly more expensive Mandalorian Steel. Since then, minor rail systems have been added to Concord Dawn, Junction and the moon of Concordia with plans to expand into Dathomir system for exploration purposes.
