After being enslaved and forced to fight in the Colosseum of Vorn Kesh, Darth Malvora lost her right organic arm during a brutal engagement with Galactic Alliance soldiers who were brought in as spectacle combatants against enslaved Force-sensitives. The injury was not clean; it was a battlefield severing that occurred mid-fight, leaving her to finish the encounter in a state of escalating ferocity until she ultimately prevailed despite catastrophic physical loss. Rather than allowing her to be discarded, a group of Sith who attacked the Colosseum during a calculated incursion observed her survival and brutality firsthand, recognizing her as a viable apprentice asset rather than a broken slave.

Following the Sith incursion, Malvora was permitted—under controlled observation—to kill her slave master, an act that formally severed her ownership chains and marked her transition from gladiatorial property to Sith acquisition. In the aftermath, she was taken off-world and fitted with a Sith-forged cybernetic right arm composed of durasteel reinforced with phrik and subtly bound through Sith alchemy to respond to Force-driven intent rather than simple neural command.
