DESCRIPTION
Malvern Incorporated is a multi-million credit organization primarily owned by [member=Adron Malvern]. The business is manned by a Board of Directors, headed by the President of the Company [member="Dianah Vi'Dreya"]. The board of directors oversees day to day duties such as stock management, employee retention, and administration. While Adron Malvern is known to get involved with the company at a base level, it is not a common thing. The Company's financial division is headed by an impressive finance team, led by [member="Alessandra Creed"]. The Corporation dips it's hands into a number of operations, though it's primary focus is Banking and Shipping.
RATIONALE
Malvern Incorporated was founded following the hostile takeover of the White Star Banking corporation based on Muunilist. With the capture of the large banking company's assets, Adron Malvern was able to fund a much larger corporation with the hopes of cornering the banking market. Following the discreet liquidation of most White Star assets to Malvern Banking, Adron then turned his eyes to his defunct shipping & trade company, looking to revive it on Scarrif. He has since served as the sole owner of the corporation with a goal to expand in the next few years.
