Force SensitiveYes

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Like most members of the Vahla race, Malvara possesses an imposing stature, standing at an impressive 6'6" and weighing approximately 160 pounds. Her tall, athletic frame is covered in finely toned bronze skin, giving her an intimidating presence even before she draws a weapon.

Her platinum blonde hair falls in long, carefully maintained braids, with one prominent braid resting over her shoulder and framing one side of her face. Beneath her pale hair are a pair of striking crimson eyes, a visible consequence of her prolonged exposure to the dark side of the Force.

There is something distinctly unsettling about Malvara's appearance. At first glance, she possesses the natural beauty and imposing features common among the Vahla, but something about her seems subtly wrong. Her movements, scars, eyes, and dark-side corruption give her an unnatural quality, leaving some who encounter her with the uneasy impression that they are looking at something that has been altered rather than simply born.

INVENTORY

• Lightsaber — red kyber crystal

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Malvara has been called many things throughout her life: Sith, zealot, kleptomaniac, sadist, traitor, and pirate. Yet beneath all of those labels lies one defining trait she is a survivor.
Survival has been ingrained in Malvara since her earliest memories as an orphan on the streets of Nar Shaddaa. She learned quickly that trust was a luxury, possessions were temporary, and hesitation could mean death. Stealing, deceiving, and manipulating others became necessities rather than moral failings.

That upbringing made Malvara particularly susceptible to the influence of the dark side. Her natural connection to the Force, combined with years of hardship, made her an ideal candidate for Sith indoctrination.
She also carries a deep-seated hatred for those who follow the light side of the Force. Much of this hatred was reinforced through Sith teachings and the influence of the Ember of Vahl coven, What began as learned doctrine eventually became a genuine personal conviction.

Despite her loyalty to the ideals of the Sith, Malvara has little patience for Sith politics. The constant manipulation, betrayal, and endless struggle for power among Sith have increasingly convinced her that the traditional Sith hierarchy is fundamentally flawed.
Malvara does not necessarily want to destroy the Sith.

She simply refuses to be controlled by them.

STRENGTHS

Voice of the Downtrodden
Growing up on the streets of Nar Shaddaa gave Malvara an extensive network of contacts among the planet's homeless, street gangs, smugglers, and small business owners.
While many of these people would never openly declare loyalty to a Sith, Malvara has earned enough favors and cultivated enough relationships to call upon them when necessary. These connections provide her with a valuable network of informants, spies, smugglers, and sources of information.

Lightsaber Training
Malvara received extensive Sith training in the use of the lightsaber. Her fighting style is aggressive and deliberate, relying heavily on intimidation, precision, and overwhelming force.
Years of combat have made her a dangerous duelist, particularly when combined with her natural connection to the Force.

WEAKNESSES

Sticky Fingers
Malvara's habit of stealing began as a means of survival on the streets of Nar Shaddaa.
Unfortunately, the habit never truly left her.Even as an adult, Malvara has a tendency to pocket anything that catches her interest, regardless of whether she actually needs it. Her kleptomania has caused no shortage of problems, particularly when she steals from people who are better armed, better connected, or considerably more dangerous than she is.

Fanatical
Malvara possesses a deep and sometimes unhealthy devotion to the Ember of Vahl coven.
Her loyalty borders on obsession, and she can become irrationally defensive when the coven is criticized or threatened. Despite her growing resentment toward Sith politics, the beliefs instilled in her by the coven remain deeply rooted within her.
This creates a contradiction within Malvara: she despises being controlled by others, yet remains fiercely devoted to the ideology that helped shape her into the person she is today.

HISTORY

Like many of her species, Malvara was born Force-sensitive and raised among the nomadic Vahla, a people scattered throughout the galaxy in search of their ancestral homeworld.

For Malvara's parents, however, life was relatively simple. They made their living as traders, traveling from world to world and selling whatever goods they could acquire along the way, that life came to an abrupt end on Nar Shaddaa.

At some point during their time on the Smuggler's Moon, Malvara was orphaned and left to fend for herself among the planet's sprawling criminal underworld.

The following years hardened her, Malvara survived by stealing, deceiving, and doing whatever was necessary to keep herself alive. The streets taught her lessons that no formal education ever could never trust easily, never show weakness, and always have an escape route.

Years of hardship gradually stripped away much of the innocence she had possessed as a child. By the time the Sith found her, Malvara was already angry, distrustful, and desperate for something that could give her life purpose.

The dark side provided exactly that.
Her natural Force sensitivity made her valuable, while her hardened personality made her surprisingly receptive to Sith teachings. The agents of the Sith took the young Vahla under their influence, eventually molding her into a weapon of the Order.

Under Sith tutelage, Malvara learned to wield the Force and became an accomplished lightsaber combatant. She was also introduced to the teachings and traditions of the Ember of Vahl coven, whose influence would become deeply ingrained within her.
For a time, Malvara embraced her new life.

But the Sith proved to be little different from the streets of Nar Shaddaa.
Betrayal, manipulation, political games, and constant struggles for power became commonplace. The more Malvara rose through the ranks, the more she came to resent the very people who had trained her, eventually, her resentment reached a breaking point.

During one assignment, Malvara was ordered to transport a group of Sith-aligned personnel aboard a vessel. Rather than complete her orders, she decided that she had endured enough of those who would inevitably betray her.

She vented the ship's airlocks, killing those she believed would never remain loyal to her, Then taking the remaining crew and disappeared into deep space.
