Space travel had always been incredibly boring for Faye. Once you'd seen one star you've seen them all. It didn't matter which part of the Galaxy you were travelling to or from, it all looked the same. A million twinkling white lights against a deep black background. At first she'd been excited by it, she'd go so far as to say she was in awe of it, but her child like views quickly faded. Now the journeys in ships were boring. A lot of her time was spent pacing the cockpit, trying to figure out what to do to keep herself entertained. The only thing she could say she liked about space was it happened to be the only escape she had from her uncanny ability to detect people's emotions. Feelings constantly hounded her, not just her own but whoever and whatever she was near, and with no way to ignore them it was a heavy burden to bare.

Faye could feel the ship before they were close enough to see it. A thousand different life forms projecting a thousand different forms of emotion. The suddenness of it all after such a long period of time with nothing forced her to take a seat. They clouded her mind so greatly she was almost tempted to turn back, but she had a feeling she'd never hear the end of it if she did. Fortunately, before she had time to convince herself otherwise, a fuzzy sounding voice filled the small cabin. The pilot and the voice exchanged a few words, but Faye wasn't really paying attention. For the first time since they'd set off she was looking out of the large view-port and into the vast expanse of space. The Veil hung right in front of them, stretching further than Faye could actually see.

Her brother Adron seemed to be a more powerful man that her sources had hinted at. When he invited her to his ship she'd expected something a lot smaller. Faye was aware he'd managed to make a name for himself in the Confederacy but not to the extent the Star Destroyer suggested. Her meager shuttle looked almost laughable in comparison. In a matter of minutes they had pulled into the shuttle bay and the landing pad had been lowered for Faye's departure. She was more than eager to get off so it didn't take her long to collect herself. Soon enough she was walking down the corridors, marveling at the grand structure. Clearly no expense had been spared in the making of The Veil.

The rhythmic click of her heels provided a momentary distraction from the emotions that pressed against her mind. Stress seemed to be a key feature here, she could feel it building slowly. At some point it would threaten to spill over but but she could at least pick out a few crew members who seemed to be genuinely happy to be doing their jobs. Faye chose to focus on that as the Magnaguard guided her through the corridors, eventually coming to a stop at large set of double doors. With a gentle grunt he motioned for her to enter and shoved the door open with the palm of his hand to accompany it.

'Adron?'

Her honey suckle voice echoed of the pearlescent metal walls as she stepped through them, eyes half searching for his slender frame.

Since Adron had been reunited with his sister he had taken every precaution in her defense. Though she may not have known, he had his agents and Commando Droids loosely tailing the woman for her own safety. House Malvern had made natural enemies of the Sith Empire and Adron had even painted a target on his head with the remnants of the Empire. Though most of them had either joined the Confederacy or gone with the mass majority to become members of the First Order. Either way they were still potential dangers for Adron and his siblings.

He had also sent word to [member="Darth Tacitus"] so he would be aware of another Malvern in CIS space. Adron’s older brother had his own spies and connections that he could task to the very same ends.

Aboard The Veil he had sent for Faye so the two could catch up. It had been some years since they had seen each other and their first meeting had not been the most productive due to Alessandra believing he was being unfaithful. He thought back to that night with a deep exhale, still drawing stress from the events that took place.

Adron had the meeting room set with some of Faye’s favorite foods and drinks, along with a small black box that sat in the center of the table. In the corner of the room Adron was leaning against a metallic shelf with his eyes firmly fastened in a black leather bound book. The man had always had a deep love of reading and literature, and it had always been his best means of learning. Adron could sense Faye long before the door opened, however he did not lower his book until she stepped into the room. Setting it down on the shelf he smiled softly to himself before clearing his throat. “I'm here.

He wore an impeccable slate suit with silver designs flowing down the left leg and up over the same shoulder. He looked a bit different than he had their last meeting. His physique had filled out a bit more and his raven hair had a few stray grey strands flowing over the crown of his head, to his disgust. He approached Faye and held his arms out to her with an expectant smile. “Hungry? The cooks make some really good food here.” He asked, before gesturing for her to joint him at the table. “Feels like it's been a lifetime since we sat together and talked.

Something about the scene her eyes were met with felt incredibly good, to see him standing there completely engrossed in an aged leather tome, it was almost like she never left. The fact that they were entirely alone together didn't pass her by either. The memory of their last meeting was stuck firmly in her mind, even if she had been drugged that night. She was pleased for a chance to properly catch up with him. Eight years was a long time, it felt so long Faye realized she barely knew the man in front of her anymore, at least not in the same way she had done before she left. The same could be said for him, Faye had left Serenno at the age of twelve and had done most of her growing up away from her family.

The last time Adron had seen her she had been a child, too young and naive to really understand what was going on. Now she was a fully grown woman, standing before him in a silky salmon dress that hugged her curves. Her face was rounder, her hair longer and thicker and though she had done her best to cover them her eyes were circled with deep black rings caused by sleep deprivation. Behind her friendly, familiar gaze was the half-dead half-alive glaze of someone who had seen too much.

Faye wasted no time walking over and slipping herself into his arms. Once she'd given him a gentle squeeze and a soft smile to go with it she took a step back to fully take in his appearance. Nothing about him looked the same. The salt and pepper hair, the aged lines on his face, the tense feeling seeping from his body... A hundred leagues different to the young man she remembered standing in the hanger bay, waving goodbye to her for the last time.

'You certainly clean up well!'

She teased him gently, coupled with a smirk that only an annoying sister could create. The smell coming from the spread on the table made her inhale deeply with a hungry groan emanating from her closed lips. It had been a good while since she'd had something this decent to eat and it appeared Adron remembered all her favorites. Despite everything that had changed about the siblings it appeared some things remained the same.

'I'm absolutely starving.'

Faye took a seat, sweeping the pink sheen of material under the chair as she tucked herself in. Her nibble fingers flicked her thick black curls away from her face as she lent forward to tuck in to the nearest dish. A few moments of silence passed over the two as she filled her plate. Once done she settled back into her chair, one hand curled around a silver utensil and her deep brown eyes set on her brother. A placid smile took hold of her expression as she gazed at him, remarking once again how good it was to be able to see him.

'You've changed so much, Adron. I can feel it as much as I can see it.'

When Faye spoke of Adron’s appearance he met her with a sly smile. “Would you expect any different?” He asked before letting a kind hearted chuckle escape him. “It's not like I'd be out dressed like some dreg. I do have a reputation to uphold, you know.” He teased, adjusting his tie fashionably before resting his hands on his waist.

When she said she was starving he held a hand out to her. “Well don't let me stop you.” He said, before waiting for her to be seated. He would push her into the table before sitting beside her and taking a moment to watch her closely. Finally another smile crept over his lips when she was the one to break the silence. “I'm not the only one. Last I recall you were nothing more than a child, always hot on my heels or drowned in your studies. Now look at you, Lady Malvern. Our sisters would have been proud. You carry yourself just like them.

Adrons smile faded as he looked to his sisters eyes. There were the telltale traces of sleep deprivation which caused him to arch a brow. “Tired?” He asked, before reaching out with The Force. His presence would wash over her and perhaps she would see the true extent of his power and his presence in the Dark Side of the Force.

Where have you been? When you were sent into hiding I had my agents track you, but almost six years ago your trace vanished. I couldn't find you.” He sounded partially apologetic yet also slightly agitated. It was not as if she had done anything wrong. In fact her disappearance was perfect, as was her time to resurface. Adron merely hated not knowing something he felt he should. He had also executed a number of his agents for failing to find her, but that was neither here nor there.

'You're right, I'd never expect any different from a Malvern. I suppose we've both done well keeping that part of the family alive.'

Faye brought her hands up to her cheeks, to cover up a soft blush and made a pretense at being embarrassed by his compliment. In reality it was probably the most flattering thing anyone had ever said to her. Despite knowing them for only a small portion of her life in comparison to Adron, Faye looked up to her older sisters. Both for guidance and for inspiration. The images in her head likely weren't perfect and she was sure her sisters had character flaws but Faye couldn't picture them any other way. She would always strive to achieve the standard of elegance and nobility they had.

'Thank you.' She swallowed hard against the growing lump in her throat. Her only saving grace was to glance up at the incredibly bright spotlights embedded in the ceiling. After a few seconds to blink the tears away she managed to whisper. 'I miss them all.'

He posed his question, which she left unanswered as she slipped a spoonful of something pink and jelly like into her mouth. She took entirely longer than necessary to chew and swallow the meager spoonful. Adron's force came over her like a warm wave of water, surrounding her in an entirely pleasant feeling despite the deep connection to the dark side. Faye knew what he was doing, she could feel his concern even in the cacophony of other emotions that currently hounded her mind. She couldn't hide her broken mind from him, especially now he had decided to reach out.

'I'm always tired.'

Agitation was the next emotion to follow and Faye could completely understand why. Of course, she had been completely unaware that Adron had had her tailed but that hardly mattered now. She set her fork down onto the delicate china with a soft clink and drew her eyes away from the colorful array of food to stare into her brothers ocean blue ones. There was so much in them that she didn't recognize now, so many memories she hadn't been a part of and so many traits she had yet to discover. It was clear that his ability in the force had surpassed anything she had pictured. She couldn't be sure of what his reaction would be, but he did have a right to know.

'I stayed in a few places for a while, though I'm sure you know all about those. We were staying in a particularly nice house on Naboo when there was another assassination attempt. I assumed someone somewhere had figured out who I was and where I came from. I couldn't put my trust in anyone beside myself so I left everything, protection included. I changed my name, my entire guard... everything.' It was definitely the run down version of the story, but the details didn't really matter. Ever since Faye had left Serenno she'd built up a million questions to ask her brother, but before she could gather herself to ask them something else burst forth from her throat without permission. 'I waited for your ship every day, no matter where I was. You never came.'

[member=Adron Malvern]

Faye’s response did little to soothe Adron’s curiosity. This was to be expected as her older brother was never one for half answers. At least not one to be receiving them. His hand rose to tap his sister’s cheek softly as he peered into her eyes. “Trouble sleeping?” Her thoughts and emotions betrayed her. There were beings in the world Adron could not read, not get an inkling of their inner thoughts. His baby sister was not one of these creatures. He could see the signs of stress and the weight of exhaustion that came off of her. It caused him to lean back a bit as he quirked a brow at her. “What's wrong?” He asked, though it seemed to be more of an observation than a true question.

Why don't you stay here tonight? Rest up and then we can work on finding you someplace close where you can stay. At least until I rebuild Blackgate.” He regarded, smiling as he spoke of their childhood manor. This time it would not be a simple manor in the mountains, it would be a palace and fortress for all to admire and fear. A soft hand patted Faye on her shoulder as she spoke of Adron and how she had waited for him. He looked to her eyes meaningfully while taking one of her hands into his own.

I'm here now. That is all that matters. No one is going to hurt our family ever again and I will die before you are taken from me.” He promised, his eyes burning with the fire of deadly truth. Adron had lost his family twice. Once when their parents were assassinated and again when Serenno fell. Since then his powers had tripled and his influence in the galaxy was well known.

So. I'm sure you have your own questions Faye. It's been a while but you know you can ask me anything.” He said, opening his arms in a welcoming expression.

Faye lent into his hand. She'd almost forgotten what it felt like, to feel the warmth radiating from someone when they touched you. It came hand in hand with an intense feeling of safety despite the fact that he didn't let it linger. Suddenly everything felt as if it had it's place, at least for now.

'In truth, Adron, I never sleep well. I can't close my eyes without relieving that day. I can't lie down without...' She pressed her open palm against the scar covering her thigh. When pressed against it the thin silks hid no sins. Faye shook her head quickly and picked up her fork again. After a brief pause to fill her mouth with something tasty she plastered her best smile on her face. 'Enough about that. I didn't traipse half way across the Galaxy to talk about something that plagues me every night.'

The silver fork make a scrapping noise against the plate as she pushed the food around it.

'Can't I stay with you? Does it have to be somewhere close? I can help...'

Faye gave his hand a soft squeeze and coupled it with a beaming smile in the hopes he'd cave and let her stay with him. She usually wasn't in the business of hanging off someone's coat tails but she was reluctant to leave, just in case. There was a fire behind his next words, she could feel it rolling off him like heat off the sun. She could tell it wasn't a lie.

'I have a million questions, of course...' She pursed her lips, making a thoughtful expression with her delicately pruned eyebrows. 'Why didn't you come with me when I left? You didn't have to stay on Serenno. What was left for you there?'

Adron understood his sister's reluctance to speak on her night terrors. They were a difficult thing to deal with and he had his own experiences with him in his earlier years. Of course those days had long since passed and now sleep was no longer peaceful nor disruptive to him, it was like the wind, continuous and indifferent. His eyes fell to the scar his sister had tried to hide and it caused the slightest spike of anger in the man. He had always blamed himself for his sister's wound, even as a boy who had no way to defend her. Of all their siblings Faye had been the one Adron was closest to and in some ways he thought it only natural they were the two to survive the massacre.

When she asked to stay with him he reversed himself immediately. His heart had wanted nothing different but he was not ignorant to her own wishes. He did not wish to smother the sister he had only just regained. "Of course, Faye. I stay in the Viceroyalty building on the capitol world. We'll get you a room in my wing besides mine." He smiled softly before taking her hands into his own. As he remembered they were as soft as the finest silks yet firm like a Malvern's should be.

Then the hard question came. Why had Adron not went into hiding with his sister? It pained him to feel as if he had abandoned her yet he knew then as he knew now, it was the right thing to be done.

"I couldn't risk the Sith finding both of us....but more importantly I knew if I separated you from me then they would likely not waste the resources to track you or worse." He explained to her. "Not long after we escaped Serenno a Sith warlord was tasked as the Queen of our world. She bent the other Houses to her will and left ours in the dirt. All we had left was our name and I could not risk it." He said, before squeezing her hands firmly. "After father died I became the Lord of the House....and I will do anything to bring us back to our rightful place in the galaxy."

"I left Serenno not long after you did. A lot happened.....a lot I'm not proud of." He admitted before looking to his sister and replacing a contemplative gaze with one of superior confidence. "However my mind is back on track now. I have been spending the last few years making plans that will ensure the survival of our House. You will be safe, I promise." It was ironic, the things Adron had done to preserve a House that once would have turned it's head on such actions. "After serving a rather lengthy term as a High Moff in the Galactic Empire I was noticed by The Confederacy…..more specifically a friend, Srina. You will meet her in time. She brought me to the CIS and now I am an Exarch along side her. My power is second only to one, and that too is only temporary."

Faye had finished with the plate of food. There were still hundreds of things to chose from but much like her sleeping pattern her eating habits had also fallen into disrepair. A few mouthfuls was often enough to keep her going for the day. Her head snapped toward him. The anger spike may have been minor to him but to Faye it was like a hot needle being pressed against her brain. She said nothing though, there was nobody left alive to blame for that dreadful day but they both seemed to blame themselves. Not a single day had gone by since then that Faye hadn't tormented over why she didn't feel the tension in the atmosphere, why she couldn't taste betrayal in the air.

Joy washed over her at the notion of a room beside his own. So much so that it was visible on her face and the beginnings of tears welled in her eyes. She never cried, not in front of people, yet so far since their reunion Faye had cried a total of four times. Ordinarily she would have been angry with herself that she had let her guard slip and allowed the tears to fall, but all she could feel was sweet relief. Being with Adron again was freeing, he was the only person in the entire Galaxy who could understand her pain.

'That sounds perfect. As long as it won't cause any trouble for you.'

It wouldn't, but the response was typical of Faye. Always afraid of the feelings people don't express with words or actions. Even though she knew Adron wouldn't try to hide anything from her, not because he knew the extend of her abilities but because they had always been close.

She listened intently to his next speech, remaining expressionless for the most of it. In some ways she couldn't bare it all. There was so much anger and hatred bubbling to the surface as he spoke of the destruction of their home, the only life she was ever supposed to know. Her grip tightened around his hands. She had no knowledge of a Sith warlord, nor the submissiveness of the other houses, though she held little regard for their morals and was hardly surprised by it. A soft exhale cleared her mind as his tone switched to the confident, bold boy she remembered from all those years ago.

'I'm pleased to see your ambition was not lost. Father would be proud, as would everyone else.'

Faye broke out into a beaming smile that lit up her face. Her own pride for him brought some spark back into her onyx eyes. She broke their grasp on one another's hands to reach for a jug of wine. The rich burgundy liquid sloshed lightly as she poured it out into two stemmed glasses, one for her and one for Adron. As she lifted hers to make a toast it caught the light and bounced a brilliant streak of colour across her dress.

'To your success, and to our reunion. They both bring me joy beyond measure.'

When his sister spoke of trouble he shook his head briefly. "Enough of that. You'll save me having to wake up in the middle of the nights to come and check on you." He said, pressing a hand to her cheek with a confident smile. When Alessandra spoke of their father, Avius, the man could not help but scoff at the words. "The noble Jedi Master Avius Malvern showing pride in me? Not likely." As a child Adron was groomed to become the next heir of his house. It had been the cause of a great deal of animosity between him and his father. Though he had a great deal of disdain for the man he was not ignorant of his father's sacrifice and love. It was silent but it was there.

"But no. My ambitions were all I had after I left you...." He explained as Faye began to pour two flutes of wine. As she poured the burgundy liquid into the flute for him he could not help but offer her a slight smile once again. It just felt entirely unreal to have his sister back in front of him.

Taking the flute from her hand Adron let out a small chuckle before adding. "To House Malvern. We do what we must." He uttered the words to their house and clinked his glass against her own. "Now. There is the topic on what you will do in The Confederacy. I won't have my sister waste her talents. Have you given any though to how you'd like to settle? A politician? Diplomat? You could even work in the Ministry." He offered.

Faye scrunched her face up at her brother's words.

'He might not be alive but under the circumstances I'm sure he'd be proud. Situations change, as do people... He wouldn't stand for any of this but he would be proud of you for making the best out of a bad situation.'

She had been too young to remember much of her Father, thus she had a rose tinted view of him. Her only memories were the moments he actually paid attention to her, which were few and far between to begin with. Adron had been more like a Father to her than he had but she was a Malvern. Family was important. She firmly refused to believe Avius would be anything other than proud of her brother. He had overcome a great challenge and persisted in the face of adversity.

'If he isn't proud of you then I am.'

The clink of the glasses meeting echoed in the room for a brief minute as Faye took a deep sip of the wine. The wine, just like the food, was the same quality Faye was used to when she lived back home on Serenno. It was funny how many memories the smell or taste of something could bring back. She kept her eyes closed as the last of the liquid slipped down her throat, it was almost like being back home. Adron's smooth silver voice broke her reverie and the same scrunched up look she'd used previously returned to her face.

'What talents? I hadn't really thought on it. I don't even know much about the Confederacy.'

[member=Adron Malvern]

Taking the flute back into his hands Adron emptied the wine that had been held in the glass. His sister had been all too modest about her own skills. His father had groomed Adron to be many things. A warrior, commander, businessman, and even a diplomat. It was natural for im to excel in all things placed before him but when it came to his sister, she had always been his superior in the world of politics. Adron had always respected and admired Faye's ability to make decisive political decisions. She was no less a Malvern than he was.

"You would do well as a Viceroy. A planetary governor who rules over a planet. Also your diplomat skills could be put to use. I remember the hours mother used to spend knocking that into your head." He said, tapping his younger sister's temple softly.

"The Confederacy is a conglomerate of worlds that have banded under the jurisdiction of the Viceroyalty to assure peace." He explained. "We believe in expanding and uniting the worlds under the Vicelord. The Vicelord is the state official who is elected by the Viceroys to rule over The Confederacy." His blue eyes shined briefly as he smiled at his sister. "I'm going to become the Viceroy. That is my plan." He explained to her with a simple, yet powerful statement.

"Eventually Darth Metus will cease to an asset to us. Then I will make my move." He promised.

Faye swirled the liquid in the glass slowly, watching as it threatened to spill over the smooth edges. A half smile curled the corners of her mouth up as Adron spoke of their Mother. Faye remembered it well, though she didn't exactly have fond memories of it. As a young child she had wanted nothing more than to be free, to play, to run wild in the gardens of Serenno, but a Lady had responsibilities. Adron's finger tapped against the smooth skin that stretched tightly over her temple. Faye's head shot up, coupled with her eyebrow which raised slowly up her forehead.

'I remember too. It's be a long while since I put it to any use though. Who's to say the Confederacy will accept me so easily?'

Faye met Adron's eyes, a quick smirk gracing her expression as he spoke of his Confederacy. She hadn't expected to find him so animated but was hardly surprised by it, she had already come to the conclusion that her brother would do well no matter where in the Galaxy he went. The glass she clutched in her fingers was set down onto the table gently. As usual Adron had grand plans that extended far beyond his current reach, but there was no doubt in her mind he would achieve the goals he set for himself. He always did. The confidence that radiated off him with his intriguing statement confirmed it.

'That's a bold assertion, dear brother. What if he never stops being an asset? And what of Srina who stands beside you as Exarch? Wouldn't she have something to say about all this?'

He would have a plan, he always did.

[member=Adron Malvern]

His sister's question was met with a blank expression that led into a rather exaggerated roll of the eyes. He leaned back, taking the flute of wine into his hands before downing a bit more of the liquid. "My role as the Exarch means The Confederacy will accept you." He informed her, setting the flute back on the table before him. He could not quite understand how his sister believed he would even make it The Confederacy's decision. If she wished to be a Vicelord or even a diplomat he would have it done before the blink of an eye.

When Faye spoke of Metus remaining an asset Adron merely shrugged. "I don't know yet. All I do know is that if I test my self against him and succeed I will know I'm ready to destroy Darth Carnifex." He stated, as if it was that simple. "Even now I'm in the process of isolating funds and allies for that very means. Though it may be two decades before I'm ready, but that is fine. I'm very patient." He said, hosting a small grin.

"As for Srina..." He trailed off. He had already considered such a thing but did not like any of the conclusions he had come up with. "She is my friend. I would not see her come to harm if it could be avoided." He admitted, however that did not mean he would not see harm to her. Adron doubted he would ever hurt the Echani even if poised in such a situation, but his denial would lead him better than reality at least for the time being.

"Now. What will you do?" He reiterated, giving Faye a meaningful look as he spoke.

The expression on his face forced a tinkling laugh to fill the hall, reverberating against the metal walls it sounded remarkably like wind chimes caught in a gentle breeze. It had been such a long time since she'd heard a genuine laugh from her lips, it sounded so foreign to her ears that she cut it short immediately, but a bright grin remained plastered on her expression. There was nothing she missed more than the way he made her laugh, especially when he had no intention to in the first place. 'Well then, seeing as that is the case, I hope I will make you proud whatever I decide to do.' Her voice was littered with the previous laugh, giving her tone a lilting quality. Faye downed the last of the crimson wine, taking a moment to enjoy the way it made the tips of her fingers tingle.

The name made her shudder, she wouldn't even entertain the idea of saying it in her own head. 'I admire you for having such bold aspirations. I wish I had done the same with my time away from you, instead of wasting it all.' Her gaze fixed on the glass of wine which was by now practically empty, only a little pool of the blood red liquid remained. 'Two decades is a long time to wait. Perhaps, with me here, we can speed the process up a little.' She set the glass on the table and busied herself filling it back up as he dove into answering her next question.

'Srina must be important to you. I've never known you to slow down or hold back for someone before, especially if they aren't family. I'm eager to meet her.' Faye was curious about the woman he spoke so fondly of. She had little chances to make friends of such importance during her time away. Even if she had she had always used an alias as a precaution, nobody would have be able to find her again once she left. To that end, she had never allowed herself to get too attached. As she took another sip of her replenished glass Adron asked his question. It caused a thoughtful expression to overtake her ordinarily placid face. 'What a question to ask someone who is modestly tipsy on your finest wine.' She smirked, a bubble of laughter slipping through her pursed lips. 'I suppose I can busy myself being a diplomat of some kind. Being an empath will be incredibly useful for it. What planets are currently available to become a viceroy over?' Faye hoped there would be a few to chose from, she'd had little experience on this side of the Outer Rim thus had little to no knowledge of the planets it contained. It was likely she'd heard of a few names but nothing she could drag to the surface of her memory stood out.

"You could never disappoint me, Fransesca." The words that came from Adron's lips were spoken meaningfully. He could not help but lean forward and press his lips to his sister's brow. He gave her a soft pat on the head before clearing his throat and looking to her with that same confident smile he often sported. "You'll do just fine." When Faye suggested she help with Adron's plans the man drew his lips into a thin line. "I would rather you not get too involved. I don't want to risk any harm coming to you." With Faye back he was focused on the thought of the woman staying safe and not coming to harm once again. Their family had just been reunited and he'd be damned if that was to change.

When Faye spoke of Srina, the Exarch took his flute, topping the slender glass off before nodding. "She saved me." He put simply, before nodding silently to his own words. "Without her I would have forgotten who I was. She helped me to remember and for that I am grateful to her." Faye's eagerness to meet Srina caused the man to chuckle a bit. "I'm sure you will in due time. She's a different sort. An Echani who heavily reflects her people. Her social skills are....particular."

Adron drew his lips into a line once again as she asked about the planets still open to be governed. "There are a few..." He glanced around before looking to a datapad that sat on a nearby sill. His hand rose and as it did the small electrical device began to twitch until it shot directly into the man's hand. "Let's see here. None are of too much importance. You may like Thaere Privo or maybe even Scarif." Adron searched for worlds most like their home Serenno, however a thought did flash through his mind. "Or wait. Perhaps soon there will be a new world you could be Viceroy of." He assured her, with a knowing smile coming across his face.
