STRENGTHS:
Good at engineering - Chadra-Fan are known for their skill in engineering and working with machinery. Growing up on Chad, Lyricath developed a keen interest in this and became a very skilled engineer.
Smart - Lyricath is a quick learner and has a vast knowledge of the things that interest her. She is good at getting herself out of tricky situations.
Acute senses - As a Chadra-Fan, Lyricath has seven different senses - sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste, infrared sight and chemo-receptive smell. These senses are significantly more acute than those of humans.
WEAKNESSES:
Impulsive - Lyricath is often impulsive and does not think before acting. This is, in part, due to Chadra-Fan's tendency to live in the moment as a result of their homes being frequently destroyed by hurricanes and tsunamis on their home world.
Afraid of water - Chadra-Fan, as a species, are afraid of water. This is particularly true of Lyricath as she was the sole survivor of a tsunami which wiped out her family.
Too trusting - Chadra-Fan need to have friends and family as they become extremely depressed and die within a few weeks if left alone. As a result of this, Lyricath is quick to befriend people and this has resulted in her sometimes becoming involved with the wrong crowd.
BIO:
Lyricath was born on Chad, the home world of the Chadra-Fan. She grew up with a poor but loving family in a small village. She developed an interest in engineering at a young age, from watching her father work on machines. With his guidance, she became very adept at it and had dreams of becoming an engineer when she grew up. When she was twelve years old, a tsunami hit her village, killing many people. She managed to escaped her flooding house but her parents and siblings were trapped inside and perished. Many survivors of the tragedy decided to leave Chad and start new lives elsewhere. Now completely alone, Lyricath decided to go with them. On the ship, she befriended some criminals and became involved in organised crime. Her engineering skills made her a valuable asset to the group as they made their money by stealing speeders and taxis and selling the parts. She spent the next few years moving around different planets with her new friends and making money through crime. When she was fifteen, a theft went horribly wrong and two of her friends were killed. After that, she and the remaining member of the group decided to go their separate ways. Alone once again, Lyricath ended up on Mandalore. There, she quickly became friends with some of the Mandalorians and decided to become a Mandalorian herself. She is now a proud member of Clan Solus.
