BIOGRAPHY:

Lyra was born into poverty on Eriadu, an industrial planet located in the Outer Rim. Her father worked in the lommite mines in deplorable conditions and was loving but absent. When Lyra was only eight years of age, her mother died from a respiratory illness likely as a result of the poor air quality. The little girl had been thrust into maturity at a very early age as her childhood had been given away long before she had a chance to live it. As some impoverished families did at the time, Lyra had been sold for a few thousand credits into an elite intelligence program designed to create living weapons that would infiltrate the bowels of the slave trade. As Lyra's father signed the contract, he signed Lyra's life away with the blind faith that the opportunity would provide a better one for both of them.

At age ten, Lyra was moved to the planet's capital, Eriadu City, where she began her training. Overnight, the child became an adult as she was exposed to the horrors of citizen trafficking. She was taught how to read and write, but the bulk of her education was combat and covert affairs. Along the way, it was discovered that she was Force sensitive, though no time or attention was given to cultivate any abilities within Lyra. The program was only interested in preparing its participants physically and mentally as required to survive the darkness they were being hurled into.

Five years of training brought the girl to the age where the program sold her into the slave trade. This was organized by a contact on the inside who was unaware that he was brokering deals between slavers and an agency gleaning intimate information that proved quite valuable on the black market. The knowledge gained within would be regularly relayed to an operative posing as a client and somehow, Lyra knew that this would one day buy her freedom or earn her a promotion.

The girl spent 5 more years living the role of a slave bought, sold and borrowed. She had been stripped of her innocence, her dignity and her hope. She was now owned by an escort service that kept her and a small group of women drugged and locked together in a cell when they were between clients. The operative that she had been in regular contact with had stopped making his weekly appointments nearly a year ago. After changing hands so many times, Lyra could only assume that all of the money had been made, and she was no longer of use to the program.

PERSONALITY:

When she is not working, Lyra is a realist. She is serious and rarely smiles as there is nothing to smile about. She learned as a child that dreams were something costly that she nor her family could afford. She is angry and headstrong, which she has discovered is not to her advantage. When Lyra is on the clock, she is whatever fantasy a client has paid for, though she is all business. She has learned how to live two separate lives in one body, which causes her to carry what some might interpret as an aloof demeanor though truly, she is detached.

APPEARANCE:

Lyra has shoulder length raven colored hair. Her eyes are deep brown pools that carry with them a lifetime of hurt and shame. She is very trim and muscular as the program and eventually, her current owners, have required her to maintain an elite level of fitness. She is quite beautiful though not very approachable in appearance.

SKILLS/WEAKNESSES:

Lyra has been trained to possess an elite level of combat skills. She is also quite capable as a spy with unmatched acting abilities. She tends to make things occur via the Force when especially angry, though she has little to no control over these happenings. Lyra is addicted to spice, though it is hardly her fault. She has crippling PTSD and anxiety from the life of darkness she has been subjected to. These factors alone keep her from seeking freedom from the role that she is no longer simply pretending to fill. She is a slave. Perhaps that is her greatest weakness of all.
