"I guess it's a place to start then isn't it"
Nova smiled as she got up and stretched, her body was relaxed and there was little to no sign that she had been in a fatal ship crash less than a day ago.
"As long as I get to stay with you I'm fine"
Mumbling this to herself hoping Serenna didn't actually hear it.

She gave a nod of her head to that, spending time together was something that could be important when she deactivated the projector giving the desert in the morning a nice view. Before she was checking it all out the jedi master slid it back into the thigh pack. She pulled out the canteen and some of the food while eating it. The rations were being soaked to plump up when she shook out her hair. "Well that is the spirit and staying with me is a fun way to think about it. We can have oh so much fun." THere was a smile on her face when she was moving allowing the force energies to flow around herself and reach out. She could see some fo the stones in the distance and dunes that appeared as the sun was coming up.

"So, which way then?"
Nova was dazzled by the view, before she didn't get a good look at it as all the packing and setting up camps kept her occupied, it was a blistering heat, the complete polar opposite to her home world, it took a minute or two for her to snap out of this daze and get re-focused. It seemed like it would take forever to explore this planet, but it didn't feel like it would be a problem, a smile spread across the face of Nova as she realised that even though she had lost some money with the ship crashing, she was still living out her dream.

Hmmm where to start then... she was leading the way through the sand and heat to the rocks. The world would be hot but it was morning so that was a benefit when she skipped a little in excitement. She normally well traveled and walked around but now she had someone to travel with... that made all the difference she was certain about it and she had a wider smile on her face. Just reaching out and up into the sky as she was excited. "THis is great... wonderful even. I just love getting the chance to explore with someone again. You and me Nova... we're going to be the best of friends and explore the entire galaxy together I hope."

Nova followed shortly behind, almost to the side of Serena, she was looking all around for anything new. Slowly getting bored of the blank atmosphere she let out a sigh, hopefully something new would appear soon.
"That sounds great, but we better explore more interesting worlds, this one is a bit dull so far..."
Remembering the conversation from last night, Nova was a bit curious about the "Nat" character Serenna briefly mentioned but decided to wait a small while before questioning, she didn't want to risk upsetting Serenna.

Serenna could sent something from Nova and the girl seemed to want to ask something as she spoke. "Are those mountain's moving?" SHe was curious about it and the shadrax were legendary here but she could make them out as they got closer. The massive colossus was here and around with them. THey were like moving rocks at first and then it was appearing. She rose over the ridge and they were massive, standing there until she was checking out some of the parts. "Ah those mountains are moving." Serenna was moving and allowing the force to reach out as she could see some of the others.

"Those mountains are indeed.... moving?"
Nova was stunned, just a few seconds ago this world was dull and just a desert wasteland, but now... it was incredible,
just the slightest discovery made something once hated, adored.

She was looking at them walking and around. "I ah... I don't actually know how to stop those... or how to fight." She was sure if they could be calmed while looking at the pilot and... well these were from the world itself. THey might not be totally hostile as she was walking. "THis certainly isn't boring though is it." She said it while walking and looking at the massive things walking away from them. Moving mountains were not something she had thought would exist but they were massive and impressive until the jedi master stretched out with the force and felt them. They were mechanical and powerful, no intent though they just moved.

"What do we do? I mean, will they kill us? I don't think we could take them."
Nova wondered what would happen if they got too close, she was terrified and in shock and awe of these incredible creatures, though they were walking away and a fair bit away from them she could tell how tall they were and it was amazing.

"I don't know, I mean these things were made to protect the planet from the legends. So wouldn't that make us the bad guys if we were fighting them?" SHe was thinking about it and turned to look at Nova with a raised eyebrow. "I mean if they aren't hurting things, if they are protecting the planet itself instead of being used to just oppress." Hmm she was thinking about it and. "We can see if there are more, they were pretty cool and head towards the ship. I rather like the idea that we might be able to find some of these large things." THere was always a chance to realy explore... they both wanted to explpore but Serenna was prepared for anything that could come.

"Maybe we should keep a distance from them, I mean I have no idea what they are, what they're capable of or if they'll become hostile, I'm all for exploring but also I'd rather not die"
Nova was also worried something may happen to Serenna, she cared about this new woman even though they had only just met, but there was definitely already a connection between them.

"Agreed I would rather not die as well and well we can follow them and check around with all fo the things." She was looking at her and felt something.. it was confusing to her.. she hadn't felt anything like this for awhile. The jedi master was starting to walk off towards the horizon and her ship but she had plenty of time and space to explore. "We can talk or sing to pass the time, we don't have to chase after them." THere was the look on her face before she was walking and wrapping an arm around her travel buddy. Holding the canteen at the ready for the both of them to be able to take some drinks while the heat of the desert would make it produce more water.

It was time, Serenna had suggested to talk, so talk they shall, Nova's curiosity had finally bested her,
"Just before I slept, you mentioned a character called Nat, do you mind me asking, who exactly are they?"
Nova was ready for rejection or an angry reaction from her new found friend.

She was looking at her and paused for a moment the smile dropping away but she if anything radiated more calmness, more energy to make everything seem alright. "Nat was.... Nat was my knight." SHe said it and felt something on her face, warm streaks of wetness as tears went. She had thought she had shed them all but she hadn't really gotten a chance to talk with others. The silver Jedi were a great group but they were also self involved and Nat had betrayed them jumping ship as soon as she had the chance. Made someone feel like they were being used. "I met her on a world much like this, she was lost... injured, seeking direction. I found her, I nursed her back to health and we fell in love. I know it had to be, she... she called me her princess and we were together for a time. Then war came to Mirial and she went to fight turning on the Silver Jedi and joining the sith. I never heard from her after that, she never even tried to explain or reach out even to kill me." She was walking with her hand wiping at her eyes. "That has been a few years ago, no one has heard from her but from time to time I can feel her... so angry.. or filled with lust. She seems to have given into everything she fought against and go against what she fought for."

The story had stunned Nova, it was almost like it could be a fable, stories of Sith and Jedi were still relatively lost to Nova, rarely talked about in Chiss culture, and a few abrupt mentions in her travel,
"I'm so sorry, that must be horrible for you..."
Nova stopped walking and stopped Serenna, she looked into her eyes and wiped her tears away for her,
"Please don't cry, everything will be okay"
Nova hoped she could help, Serenna's sadness was slowly making Nova feel worse and worse, she didn't like this, and wanted to make both of the two happy again.

She stopped looking up and at the woman.. Nova was being so nice and she could feel it, feel the force around them as her eyes were dried. JUst surging forward to wrap her arms around her waist. She buried her head in her shoulder and felt herself shaking a little from it. Calmness coming as she just shook herself. "I am... I am sorry. You didn't want to see me crying." There was a look when she pulled back with her eyes searching the blue face in front of her. She looked more sad then anything until they were all moving. "THank you though... no one has... no one has really listened to that or gotten to hear how I felt."

"Don't be sorry, I wouldn't be a very good person if I didn't at least try and help out"
Nova was concerned for Serenna and embraced her, the hug was short but sweet as Nova smiled at her friend, she wondered if there was any way she could help but didn't want to make Serenna cry again.
"So, if there's ever anything you want to talk to me about or tell me, I'm here for you"
Nova waited on a response before blabbering on like she normally did.

She said it and had found her feet now standing up while looking at her. "THank you Nova." There was a smile on her face so she could move around now. Embracing her again quickly but backing away as she wiped her eyes. Sniffling before her attention went around them. "I am... I am not certain but thank you. THis has helped though, I shall always remember it." Serenna moved her hand grasping and squeezing lightly her shoulder while she ran her hand down her arm. "We should get going, we have stood around too long." Looking at the desert she was moving with her ideas for where they could go. Maybe find some sort of Oasis here in the desert.

In the time it took to have the conversation, the moving mountains were all but gone, still slightly seen in the distance, Nova smiled at Serenna,
"Well, then I guess you should show me the way"
Nova waited on Serenna's movements.

Serenna gave a nod fo her head no longer sniffling or crying was nice and she started walking off. Following the rising sun for now but soon it would go overhead and then be at their backs. The distance showed many things from more mountains to some plants but not a lot. There was finally over the one dune trees and the shimmering of water when she took a sip. "It looks like the Oasis." It was one fo the places she had sent to scout out and see later on the return trip for herself. THe jedi master leading the way but takign her time slowly walking around before she was giddy at the thought of it. The drone was there sending information to her ship.
