SPECIAL FEATURES

• Lunar Emotional Tides: The earrings subtly strengthen their calming effect during night-time or under direct moonlight, whether natural or artificial, playing into the usage of moonstone and the effects that the moon has on the tide.
• Cooling Ripples: In moments of sudden stress, the earrings emit a brief, barely perceptible "cool wave" sensation along the wearer's neck and shoulders, helping to calm down sudden spikes of negative emotions, to an extent

STRENGTHS

• Emotional Tide: The Force Enchantment Reina put on the earrings was made for the express purpose of helping Quinn to remain as composed and as possible in an attempt to prevent any form of panic, stress, aggression or other unwanted negative emotions to come to surface. Of course, if they are emotions that Quinn wants to feel, they can overpower the effect of the enchantment
• Crystal clear thoughts: The earrings help encourage a calm and focused mindset, which can be particularly useful in the case of meditation, diplomacy or high stress situations. Some of those, Reina can imagine Quinn experiencing quite frequently.
• The Power of Time: In combination with the moon and ocean theme, the effects of the earrings are enhanced by both moonlight and the lunar phases of the nearest moon. Of course this means that on planets that have more than a singular moon, the effects can be extremely enhanced...though on the other hand, on planets with no moons, the effects will be as standard as during the day.

WEAKNESSES

• Ocean Echo: Any unwanted intense emotions can be briefly enhanced by the earrings before the "soothing wave" helps to calm it down, similar to how when the ocean is disturbed, it may take a moment before it can fully settle.
• Lizard Problems: Like any other force-enhanced item, when it comes in contact with a force nullyifying field, the enhancement would be completely nullified itself, leaving just a rather standard, but expensive hand-crafted pair of earrings
• Pain to Fix: With some of the components being quite fragile, there is always the chance of the earrings breaking and with both the enhancement used and the materials also included in the construction, it can be quite expensive to fix the earrings.

DESCRIPTION
Life day. It is something that Reina wasn't quite accustomed to. She knew what it was, what you were meant to do. But gifts had never been her strong suit. This year, she wanted to make a chance. Whilst most would have some form of gift that was already made, or that Reina had found, she had decided that there was one person in her life that deserved something handcrafted. And what better to give to one she so often compared to the moon?

Of course, Reina was no jewelsmith, but that didn't mean she couldn't do her best to learn. To practice. Each component was difficult to work with, with each piece having their own issues, whilst also being quite expensive to use. The moonstone had a habit of cracking, the Aurodium was hard to craft to shape and with the electrum, figuring out how to apply the enhancement. It was something that Reina toiled away with, but she knew that at the end of the day, it would be worth it. A gift made by hand, with as much thought and effort as she could put into it. In a way, it was also a learning experience for Reina. To see what she could make herself. Whilst she wasn't entirely happy with what she had made, Reina knew she wouldn't be able to make something perfect

She could only hope that the gift would be welcome.
