Intent: A very special droid, mainly with the intention of a PC character (@LLP-850) with a nice progressive story arc of adventure, drama and self-discovery. Plot Twist; this wasn't subbed for a picture… though a few components were conformed to that picture. (I'm getting two tons of Beskar this week from Larraq as payment for a grand-scale development campaign.)
Development Thread: Nickels is Money Too
Manufacturer: Mirage Cybernetics Division of Lumina Incorporated
Model: LLP-Alpha Personal Defense Droid
Affiliation: Personal
Modularity: The general consensus is no, not without resubmission and development. The unit is too compact and too pre-equipped to hold any more components. Modification requires In-Character exploration/modification of its very complex design.
Production: Semi-Unique (one at current)
Material: Carbon-Ceramic-Plated Adamithium Body Frame, Carbon-Fiber Kevlar Exoskeletal Plates, Silicone Electronics, Carbon Beskar-Bronzium Skeletal Chassis
Classification: See: CZ-HKD Droid Brain
Weight: 164 kg. / 360 lbs.
Height: 168 cm. / 66 in.
Movement: Bipedal;
Armaments:
  1. [Hands] Neuro-Shock Hands
  2. [Feet] Repulse-Feet
Misc. Equipment:
(Most are standard droid peripherals)
  1. [Head] CZ-HKD Droid Brain

Durability:
  • [Body] Class 3 Ballistic, Class 4 Physical, Class 6 Energy, +1 for Hyperion ACS
  • [Skeleton] Class 10 Multi-purpose
Pros:
  • Very difficult to dismember with saber blows
  • Highly energy-resistant
  • Smarter than average
  • Accepts gratification hugs as payment
Cons:
  • Weak to ballistics
  • Unsubtle weight
  • Replacement parts must be made to-order
Description:
Originally intended to be designed as a Human Replica Droid, the secret Lumina Lifebinder Project quickly turned a new route during the pre-production phase. The project was headed by the former Mirage Cybernetics and funded almost entirely by undisclosed shareholders of Ri'ess Regal Drive Industries. Mirage had specialized in Adamithium and Beskar fabrication from their former productions at the development of Saera Savan, proprietor and chief alchemist of the Crystal Heart Workshop and the only individual knowledgeable in the fabrication of either metal, as well as with the help of Ordo master Beskarsmiths. With the company's experience in military-grade cybernetics coupled with parent corporation RRDI's highly specialized spaceframe construction, an all-new alloyed Beskar skeletal chassis* (plus heels) was created as the platform for the Lumina Lifebinder Project's next droid. Due to its origins, the LLP Alpha greatly resembles a young human female in physiology. The Carbon-Ceramic-Plated Adamithium and Carbon Fiber Kevlar exterior frame** is waterproof up to human-safe depths. While the endoskeleton is heavy for its mass (though lighter than pure Beskar), the frame is contrastingly very light, though this means that the unit is more easily damaged - at least externally - than a typical droid.

SynthSkin can theoretically be applied over the LP Alpha, though select areas including the heels, knee blades, hip blades, rib blades, shoulder pads and forehead aural amplifier holes will still show; these appear as ordinary cybernetic augmentations. The Third Eye has a shutter that allows for it to be sealed and thus potentially covered by skin.

The equipment used in the standard LLP Alpha was expertly selected from a broad range of droid and cybernetics parts. At the fore of it all is the Czerka CZ-HKD Droid Brain purchased by Lady Ashelotte Malfrost. As the unit was designed to be minimal and as humanoid as possible, weapons were forsaken in turn for Neuro-Shock hands for martial combat and Repulse devices in the feet, along with advanced CQC programming algorithms making it lethally efficient in close-quarters combat. A Hyperion Active Camouflage System, also donated for the project, was built integral into Model LLP-850's outer plating and woven into its synthetic hair. Thanks to the HKD's built-in utilities, the LLP Alpha is capable of learning to operate virtually any conventional firearms and vehicles without formal training; lightsabers, however, require formal training or programming in order for the LLP to safely gauge the dynamics of the blades in movement. As a side effect, it also develops quickly and should be subjected to routine memory wipes to prevent this development. Sensory Impulse Lines and a Pain Simulator allow the droid to feel, custom Threshold Dampeners preventing the pain from incapacitating the unit.

Only a single LLP Alpha was scheduled; LLP-850. A copy of the unit's entire operational data and schematics are hard-coded into its runtimes with acute firewalls, only capable of being recalled by the droid when necessary, for purposes such as self-repair. Due to the expense of the droid as well as it's protocols for self-preservation, LLP-850 does not have any self-purging or self-destructive mechanisms and will (usually) comply with imprisonment unless and until escape is viable.

*[[The adult human skeleton has a volume of 21,000,000 mm3. 1 cm3 of Steel is 7.85 g. 7.85 g/cm3 = 0.00785 g/mm3. 0.00785 g/mm3 * 21,000,000 = 1,648.5 kg. Carbon Beskar is described as being "lighter than contemporary metals." 1% carbon Martensite (transformed carbon steel) has a roughly 0.345% reduced volume, so we will use this as a comparison. 1,648.5 - 0.345% = 1,642.8 kg; not a substantial difference, but we're still using the Steel model; Beskar is fair-say 140% heavier. A roughly 5% Ceramic, 15% Bronzium, 5% Iron alloy will be used, leaving approximately 75% of its actual mass to be made of Beskar. 1,642.8 kg * .75 = 1,232.1 kg. The adult human skeleton is made of 2.6 kg of marrow with a diminutive weight compared to bone. The ideal body weight of an average adult human male is approximately 50 kg, with approximately 20% of this weight being skeletal mass. 50 kg * .20 = 10 - 2.6 = 7.4 or 74%. This means approximately 74% of skeletal mass is bone. Going back to the skeletal weight in our Carbon Beskar figure; 1,232.1 kg = 2,716.3 lbs and 2,716 * .74 = 2,010.1, so the weight of a human-replica Carbon Beskar Alloy endoskeleton is roughly 2 mtn. Rifle armor plates are 1/4 in or 6 mm whereas human bone thickness is about 3 mm on average. Even cutting the mass of the synthetic skeleton in half, still arguably strong enough to stop a 5.56mm NATO FMJ, it would weigh in at a whopping 1 Metric Ton. Fortunately, as little as a fifth of that is integrable to support the full body weight of an android this size and its weight-to-lift-strength ratio of equivalent scale to the average adult human female. 1,050 kg / 5 = 210 kg or 462.97 lbs. Mind blown yet?
EDIT: Reduced again by 35% due to approval issues and "Beskar Alloy" logic. Carbon Beskar weight reduction vs Durasteel ranged by Ashin.]]

**[[Adamithium is 1.5x as energy-resistant as Durasteel and 0.5x as impact-resistant. In relative terms, that is Grade 2 (0.5) Ballistic, Grade 4 (1.0) Physical and Grade 6 (1.5) Energy. This model is rated at Grade 3 Ballistic durability because of the ablative nature of ceramics. Solid Beskar is rated Grade 10 by default.]]

I am impressed by how much thought you have put into this concept first of all, but the "indescribably difficult to dismember" portion makes me a little concerned. Considering phrik and beskar can be damaged by repeated blows i would settle for an edit to just difficult to dismember and a sort dev thread putting the thing together, and yes I will read it not just count post.

[member="Ordo"] - Well... how else would you describe 310 pounds of carbon beskar? XD
I'll do a dev thread for this. You can label it WIP and I'll tag you when it's done. Do you have a preferred count for this?
