Personality and beliefs: Like most of the Redmond Clan, staunchy loyal to the GE and it's values militant, and adventurous. Loyal to his family and their anscestor religion. Uniquely politically minded among his family, hence his appointment.

History: Born on Balmorra before the turn, Lucius like most of the Redmonds, reluctantly participated in the day to day goings of th Galactic Alliance. He went to their schools, and later enlisted in their Navy, keeping with his family's military tradition in spite of their ideological opposition to the way the Alliance operated. When the centerists began to take power, he like his fellows saw the chance at resurrecting what had been lost. He got kicked out the Navy for his views, taking to the streets with other disgruntled citizens that yearned for a better time, participating in several riots and demonstrations as time went on. It was there he'd meet his future wife, among the crowds, giving stirring speeches. He joined their civil war early, participating in most of the major naval battles in the 3rd Fleet as a Naval Infantryman.
Being marked for valor and competency, post war he was sent to the Naval Academy, earning a comission and as was customary for Redmonds, started a small family on Balmorra with his wife, Kleya, having four children. Two boys, two girls, who stayed at the expansive Redmond House while Lucius was deployed or when Kleya was occupied with some piece of propaganda or another. For years he worked his way up the chain, distinguishing himself with clever tactics and decisive aggression. After taking command of a SD in the now growing Navy, he reformed their Naval Infantry into something different. An extremely effective offensive as well as defensive force, capable of taking over and crewing enemy vessels in an engagement. These tactics enabled him to work his way into a Fleet level position as a Vice Admiral over the years with various skirmishes and patrols. Lucius earned his appointment to adjutant after eliminating a large pirate fleet on the edge of the Empire's shipping lanes with the 3rd Fleet and seizing a large amount of the enemies vessels for later repurposing. The action had drawn the eyes of the higher reaches of Imperial command, and both Lucius and the 3rd where reassigned to his new Master, enforcing the will of the Empire through them and the 3rd's own iron will. Along with a proper admiralship in spite of his relatively young age.
