Lothal grave robbing

[member="Matsu Ike"]

Ciel smiled at the comment, she had an idea how she could transport the loth cat with her. "Well I can empty my bag into the crate and carry it in the bag." She said carrying it over to the speeder. "Now wait here." She said in the voice people normally did when speaking to babies or pets. Grabbing her back pack she moved to the crate attached to the speeder matsu was using and emptied the contents other than a shirt at the bottom. "So four huh thats a long time. Must have been hard growing up been told what to do day in day out when you was younger. I see why you like to explore and find stuff." As Ciel moved back over to the speeder she put the animal in her rucksack letting it curl up in the bottom before putting it on front ways keeping the top open. "Then again it must have been nice to have been taught the useful things and how to utilize your powers. In a way I wish I had the opportunity but I like how I've had the freedom to live my life as it has been."

She was looking at her as she thought about it, the look over some of the things. She had taken to getting the training that was what jedi did. Get taught from a young age to obey. The only real difference was she also learned to ask questions and explore more of what was there. She had found her way through the galaxy to different force orders and sects as looking at the girl. "It is something you get used to, the ability to use the force is a gift you have and it should be nurtured... but for those who use it they need to know how to be careful of the danger's of the darkide."

Ciel never understood the diffence of the light side and dark side other than the basic one is evil. It wasn't out of ignorance but the fact that lothal had became nothing since the empire left before she was born. Many say they where glad they left, but honestly things have fell apart here slowly. Over time the economy got worse, crime grew everything went to hell. "I never understood the diffence of the light and dark but honestly I know who I am and I know what I want to do. No one can change me from what paths I want to choose." The speeders continued to rush on ahead at full throttle surroundings seemed a blur with the speed. But some how Ciel knew when to stray left or right to avoid collisions with rocks. If anything her body and mind physically got used to fast speeds that it came naturally to her. "The temple should be in the horizon now." She said as the peak of a giant rock appeared that stood extremely tall and wide.

Matsu looked at her while moving and had a look on her face heading towards the temple. "Many say that and this is not to preach but to explain. The lightside is just doing good and more attitude, deeds. The darkside is misrepresented, it is evil, base and selfish but the greatest of sith found their beginnings with good intentions. The more they tried to be good the more it could slowly become twisted and turned making them into terrible beings." She wanted it more to get the point across that lightsiders usually made the best darksiders cause they could and would fall before realizing it. A psychotic was simple to see. "One such as yourself who is at the infancy of your potential will find temptation and it will be your choice to define what kind of person you will be." She moved a little. "Just keep it in mind that even the best intentions can be dangerous and power even a little is hard to resist."

As they came closer to the temple ciel listened to the woman, she understood what she was saying to her but those who can't resist temptation are those who are to weak to stay to their goal in life. "As I have been told before it's not what's underneath that defines me, but the actions I do and the choices I make. I know I will make bad mistakes everyone done because perfection is impossible." The speeder would slow down on approach to the temple. "Here we are." Ciel said with a grin on her face although matsu wouldn't see it as she was behind her.

Matsu listened and was careful with it, she wasn't about to question it more with her attention on the temple when they arrived. Thoughts coming to her head and she touched feet to the ground. The force was almost humming in the air while she raised a hand looking at it, the map holocron she had found pointed out this temple but not much else for it. "It is not the greatest but I have seen worse." She was moving and brought her hands up to lift at the temple and raise the entrance while she extended the force outwards while she spoke. "The temple will only be open for a short time, make sure you are able to get in. We'll use the other entrances to get out.""

Ciel nodded and walked fast to the entrance once it had been lifted open. She was excited to finally get inside and look around, although as soon as she was in a foul smell hit her. It almost left ciel unable to breath, the smell was so strong she could taste it. "It smells like something died in here." She commented and covered her face with the shirt she wore. It was that bad she even reached around to close the flap on her bag feeling bad for the loth cat. "So where do we begin." Her words would be slightly muffled due to the shirt.

Matsu was following after Ciel inside as she smelled the air of death and decay. She was going in now as the entrance seemed to be closing up with her attention on a few of the things. She looked at old statues... no not statues but bodies of old masters that she could see while moving around. "I am not certain we have not been here before." She was looking around at the different tunnels as she started walking through and checking her senses in the force allowing it to expand outwards trying to find all that she could. "We'll check the tunnels and search, be careful tunnels in the temples can have a wicked sense of humor."

The place was filled with dust and could be seen through the beems of light braking through the walls. "Like ha ha humor or we could get lost or worse type humor." It wasn't exacly something to say to a person exploring their first temple if anything it made her nervous. "So how long you think this place has been here. It seems very run down." Her eyes would look down to see older footprints on the floor, they looked as if the last person here was a long time ago. "I wonder where these lead?" She asked curiously following them with her eye's. "Think they will take us to Ezra's things? Or a clue to where they would be to find it?" Each time the loth cat moved she could feel it brush against her back.

Matsu was looking at her while she had a look. "Depends, sometimes it will simply test you to try and trick you... Other times it will leave you wondering. It all depends on what you bring in with you." There were other times though where it did nothing at all and you just got lost on your own. Matsu was moving and looking over what they had to work with kept Matsu ready to go. She was walking around carefully obsering the area as Ciel spoke about finding Ezra and she gave a nod of her head. "We might be able to find something of his but we'll need to get to the other sections of the temple." SHe was looking at the other hallways not going into the caves but stairs. "We'll check here and head down, the hanger should be on the other side."

She still didn't understand why a temple would would have traps and such, after all a normal person would have no luck entering on their own without another force user. As she followed the woman down the steps towards what she thought would be the direction to a hanger. Ciel would keep looking around at her surroundings noticing the decorative engravings in the walls. The patterns seemed constant but her eyes would follow them. "I hope we do find it here... the saber I mean. There is one big reason I want it, well would like it. Ezra was my grate grate grandpa; so it would be nice to have something to pass down really. The ghost also fascinated me by it's style, I have some photos back home of the crew he was apart of when he was younger. I sometimes wonder what it would be like to have friends like them, they all looked so happy, but I guess I have been playing it safe for to long keeping myself locked away from the outside. Its my reasons for wanting to join the new empire." In a way she was just making small talk to keep things getting quiet. It was the first time meeting this person and her first time in a derelict temple that had stood longer than anyone on lothal can remember. Still it felt awkward with taking on lots of new things.

Matsu listened to her while she was walking and looking. THe temples rooms were small and sparse compared to some but she wasn't going to deny there was some charm to it. A temple this close to the unknown regions as well could serve a purpose. "I can understand that, family is important." She had a few ideas and stopping in one of the rooms she looking it over and moved to the wall. The window looking down at a hanger as she pointed. "Over there, the control room for the hanger and the lights will be there." She was looking out and there were crates and some old run down ships. "We'll find what you are looking for and likely more, there are always other mysteries you can find."

Ciel would move over to the terminal booting it up. In seconds the display would light up along with buttons from a variation of red, green and white. She would click the buttons for each individual light in the hanger lighting it up then type in the command to open the large door. Ciel would glimpse through the window at the ships. "Wait, I know one off those ships. The one with the domed window at the cockpit. Its Ezra's teams old ship." She would rush through the door and jogged to the ship. Its ramp would already be lowered and dark inside. "I can't find the switch for the lights in here, and I don't have a flash light or anything." Her eyes and hands would search the walls of the ship looking for the pannle, but with little light inside it made it difficult.

Matsu was looking at the ships there and there wasn't much, an old model blockade runner and the ship Ciel was going for while she brought a hand up and pulled at the smallest bits of light creating a glow ball above them to brighten the room and get to the main lights. Matsu wasn't going to take chances bu she also couldn't deny this excitement that was down in her gut while she was moving. her body getting up to the ship and bringing out her datapad as she was searching for something to open it as well. Settling on the best way with the force as the metal scrapped but it did open. "We can get some power cells if the ship needs new ones but everything is looking good from out here. It all seems to be intact." Her thought were on what was inside the ship and what they might discover from the past.

Ciel nodded as she found the switches for inside the ship. They seemed dull with insufficient power but it would do. "Well now I know another way in I can get the powercells to move this later to my home. everything looks fine though just needs a clean and a good thorough clean." She would move up to the ladders climbing up them before entering through a door way. The loth cat would leap out her bag and land besides her. Ciel would giggle a little and bend down and pet the top of it's head. "Your such a cutie aren't chuuu, now go help find the saber." The loth cat would purrr then run off into the ship. "What do you think I should call her." She said with a raised voice searching throughout the ship and entering one of the rooms. It looked standard for a room with a bunk bed and a draw on the bottom bunk. Ciel would move to it and kneel down opening the stiffened draw till it opened. Inside was a pair of half degraded clothes and lots of dust inside, nothing she was at all interested of. By the looks the clothes resembled those of Hera's. "Its not in this room." She'd shout out again. Moving to the second room it had a been spray painted with what looks like Ezra's bunk dropping on top of zeb. She would move up to the draw again and opening it to find more clothes. Pushing them to the side something hard was inside. Taking out one more item of clothing the saber had been laid underneath it. The girls eyes widened. "I... I... I HAVE IT. I'VE FOUND IT. EZRA'S SABER. WOOOOOOOO." Ciel had became very excited with a large grin on her face.

Matsu got into the ship as she gave a nod, moving throughout it and reaching out with the force as the sounds of Ciel and her cat moving around in the ship. Matsu moved up and opened one of the doors as it wasn't a room she had seen before looking more like a guest quarters they could have visitors in. She was looking over most of it and there was a coat of dust over everything as she looked at some beads and closed drawers that she could open while letting her hands go through the clothing. Old pieces of armor and a utility belt she was looking at as something gleamed. Two shafts of silver she could wipe at holding them up as Matsu touched the blades and was moving with them. THe duel snap hisses as silvery white blades activated illuminating the room as she was walking and looking at the other rooms. "This ship has sme interesting history."
