It's an independent planet, way off the beaten track. The Jedi are here for the same reason (I suspect) the First Order are here. There are rumours there was an old Jedi Temple on Lothal. But given it's hidden underground, not so easy to find.
So, anyone and everyone who wants to think of a reason to be there can be
Logic says this is set just before TJO find the temple, but they have discovered an old site that proves not to be what they are searching for. At the same time the First Order spot it too

Feel free to join, I havent been keeping much tabs on numbers and sides but both GA and TJO have advertised the thread so I assume we will be outnumbered. haha. This isn't a Skirmish thread, so its ok. Its more of a plot and 501st Debut/First Order campaign with guest stars from TJO/GA.
