Looking to the future

With Miri Farms kicking slowly back into action into action, Mia turned her attention to another large project. Some time ago, she'd designed a prison ship for the UMT. A unique ship with a simple purpose, but she'd relinquished control of it when she left, along with a number of other things. In the grand scheme of things, it was small and subject to the mandalorians opinions of who a prisoner was.

Mia had an idea, one that would make her money and provide a service to the galaxy as a whole, and she knew just the man to help her make the idea a reality. She'd helped him set up a stigium mine some time ago, and she expected he would be willing to assist her in return....

...for a price.

She contacted him, told him that she had something he might be interested in assisting her with. What she was prepared to offer however was yet to be determined. The journey to Etti IV was short and sweet enough, and with a datapad and portable holoprojecter in hand, she was escorted meet him.

Saiba had been active within the Corporate Sector for more than a decade now and one of its most profitable branches was headquartered on Etti.

It was the perfect node of commerce through which most of the trade surrounding the Silver Sanctum flowed. It was also comfortably nearby Mandalorian Space, which is why that was the suggestion for the meeting, even with Irani starting to look towards the Unknown Regions for more… profitable ventures.

The aide behind the desk would nod to Monroe once she arrived at the headquarters and immediately send her up.

No waiting or posturing.

Darell was getting too ‘old’ for that, so to speak.

And with time being actual money, it was prudent to start things as early as possible to end them just as soon. Efficiency was the word.

Mia didn't announce her presence with a knock, she simply swung the door open and stepped across the threshold as if it was her home. It most certainly wasn't but she'd lost her patience for pleasantries some time back. His aide had sent her up, so he was expecting her. There was no need to knock.

"Irani," she greeted with a small smile "business doing well I presume?"

She flopped unceremoniously into a chair. " You've expanded since I last saw you, I believe."
