The Baddest Schutta She Knows
After a bit of time away, I’ve decided to come back and just try something new. Going to write with a character that I created a while ago with another fellow writer, and hoping to do some stuff with her.
Kayla Ordo-Shan is the daughter of two Jedi Knights;
Kadan Scipora
and
Aayla Shan
. Raised within now defunct Silver Jedi Concord, Kayla grew up in a bit of a whirlwind of ideas. She realized at adulthood that the Jedi just weren’t for her, and set off to find her own path. Her father hailed from a Mandalorian Clan that was displaced during the Purge of Mandalore, her mother being of a rare species that possessed an affinity for communicating with force entities. With her parents no longer in the scene, she took to what she knew best; wading into conflict.
Currently, she is a combat medic with the 44th Company of the Galactic Alliance, keeping her lineage to herself and pondering what this life has in store for her. I’m hoping to have her do full circle, going from GA soldier, to freelance, and maybe finally going back to the Jedi. But these are just ideas, totally up to letting it be derailed if it makes for a good story.

Possible Intrests
- Mandalorians: Potential friends, rivals, or uneasy allies who test her sense of honor and strength, maybe deride her heritage given her upbringing.
- Soldiers & Mercenaries: Members of the Alliance, battlefield comrades, or rivals even.
- Force Users: Jedi, Sith, or anything in between, give her a new outlook on the force.
- Civilians/Underground Contacts: Maybe people that want to use her abilities, or just have as a friend.
- Open Plots: Missions, emotional arcs, training duels, or political/military tension.
Character Themes
- Character-drives — exploring trauma, legacy, and identity.
- Emotional conflict — loyalty versus freedom, anger versus clarity.
- Probably a good amount of fighting— battles, duels, aftermath of conflict.
