A heavy influence is on trade, war and politics. We need Diplomats, Traders, Soldiers, and Admiral Fleety types to join us in our stories.

I can also accept two faction staff. You do not have to have prior Staff experience. I'd prefer at least one person whose never done it before, so they can have the experience of it. Plus new blood brings fresh ideas into the faction.
