Looking for RP

I recently transferred to the forum and am a bit overwhelmed by the structure as it's entirely different from what I'm used to. I've done some digging in the open role-plays forum and, honestly, have no idea where to begin. I'm looking for one of two things:

a ) Suggestions on forums to begin posting for the first time as a Jedi Knight.
b ) Ideas for creating a thread of my own or co-creating with another.

The way the forums were set up, it looked like each scene needed to be planned out accordingly. This may take some getting used to, but I'm not opposed to a 'play by ear' strategy.

Not everything really has to be planned. I've done a lot of threads that just went their own way in the past. As for the Jedi vs Sith, that sounds fun, but i'm not a big fan of threads with more than three or four if you're implying Sith PC's. [member="Aria Xius"] [member="Tracyn"]

Aria, while not a guardian, is a decent combatant.

If we're going to go with a combat scene, I'd prefer to keep our numbers limited as well; otherwise it just turns into a giant mess.

I'd be alright with an equal number of Sith to Jedi as I'm not a fan of fighting with NPC's. Reading another's post to determine what should happen in mine is what I enjoy most about role-playing.
