Looking for Mercenary/Pirate types

Trying to get a small crew together for another long term story arc I have. It's based on a Firefly like concept and the old BlueHawk concept. A small close knit group of Mercs on a rusty old Bucket called the Cragmaw.

Simply good story. Most of the time we'd be doing our own thing, raiding pillaging and fighting for pay. I'm thinking punisher style with a secret corporate sponsor who pays the crew to knock off their competition and further a secret agenda.

Captain would be NPC.
