Looking for Mercenary Gear/Wholesale

I am working on a little PMC/agenct project and there are far too many companies and catalogs out there to attentively comb through for fitting items, so instead of committing to an impossible search, I want to ask: who would be interested in selling their weapons and war goods in bulk to an organization? I plan to offer much of it as member rewards, so some higher-end stuff would be nice too. ^^
