Looking for Jedi teacher

Knight or Master, it doesn't matter.
Aside that, I would please like a younger Jedi master who has less... Elder master who enforces rules and is one dimensional like with rules and such... than the Jedi Council and such. Also, could the the Jedi have good connection and powers with the living Force? My character already has the Living Force quite well and can sense the world around her (and sometimes ((veeeery sometimes - it only happened like once ever in her life)) receive visions.) but I would like for her to learn more than just that.
