Sempra manufactures spice. I need someone to sell it to. Be it a small time street dealer or an organized criminal organisation that need a supplier. Right now I need "business associates."

Sempras spice labs are a tier 3 company if that can be used to reflect on this.
On some planets/cities his spice could be dominant I guess but in comparrison to the entire galactic underworld - Lets say he is on the verge on hitting the real big markets but not really there yet.

In other words, he is looking for up and coming distributors to expand his production but would also be interested in seeing new markets opening and as such small deliveries are interesting as well.

In short - whatever works for you
