Looking for a Playby

Hello, artistically minded people!

I have it in mind to create a new character, but I can't find just the right playby, be it real or graphically created.

The character is going to be late teens, female, have dark hair, blue/grey eyes and be fairly plainly dressed.

I just can't for the life of me find the right image to use. Any suggestions?
