Looking for a Planet~

What would be a good planet to use which is like, a distopean futuristic slum?

Going for that cyberpunk 2020 Orwellian future feel.

I thought of Taris, but in our canon i assume it didn't get wasted by Darth Malak...

so yeah, looking for a place which would have civil unrest, a good amount of famine / homelessness that could be ruled by corporations and corrupt government,

I would probably suggest one of the Fringe worlds after the fall of the Fringe Confederacy, or possibly one of the outer rim worlds. A lot are considered like Wild West type of worlds with lawlessness and homelessness. If your looking for apocalyptic type of scenery, then possibly one of the worlds effected by the Neatherworld Crisis.

Note: This is kind of a futuristic fantasy world, something like a 2020 type of setting would be kinda difficult to find.

I was going to suggest Nat Shadda or Coroucant. While the rich and beatiful live there both cities have lower levels where anarchy rules.
