Logo and Banner Needed!

Hi, I've been trying to make my minor faction, the ">Neo-Polis Bloc look more professional. I'd like a banner picture and a new logo made to spruce up the faction page a bit.

The logo is a crest of an ancient feudal lord in Japan:

Banner in what way? For a sig? A Faction thumbnail? Or simply one to tote around. And what colors. I assume golds / yellows and reds to emulate Soviet / Communist flags of yore.

Thanks for the response, I honestly wasn't expecting a reply. The banner will be for the home page of my faction, The Neo-Polis Bloc. The red and gold colour scheme would be excellent thank you, but off-white and gold also works well.
