• Severity: I am forced to log in after refreshes, or approximately 10 minutes.
• Description: Instead of remaining logged in until I log out, I'm forced to log in continuously throughout the day.

Disable any add-ons and let us know.

Also, give Chrome a try, even if it's not a long-term solution due to your preference for Firefox.
