Description: The Listening Outpost on Aztubek is designed to give the impression that it is simply a leather tannery. The operatives there tend to play the roles of hunters and tanners when approached. Otherwise within hidden compartments the listening devices are situated.
The impression of a tannery and the acting is rarely actually necessary due to the low interest in Aztubek which is known for being a really scarcely populated world due to its proximity to the capital of the Great Javin sector - Javin.
The Listening Outpost' sole purpose is self-explanatory. It monitors the arrivals and departures in the Aztubek systems along with any communications due to the possession of a hyperwave signal interceptor. A Hyperwave Transceiver was used to communicate almost instantaneously data and findings. The location of the outpost is vital as it is on the Corellian Trade Spine which leads all the way down from Galactic Alliance territory to First Order territory. Alerting back home of a gathering force or anything unusual is essential and unless fleet admirals were willing to make great sacrifices on navigating through different pathways than the easy and well known for centuries Corellian Trade Spine, fleets coming from Javin would most likely arrive at Aztubek to redirect their course towards the next system - Kumru.
History: The Listening Outpost on Aztubek is fairly recent, only made after the acquisition of the Anoat sector by the First Order. Immediately then it was only natural for the First Order Security Bureau to commission the creation of a listening outpost on a strategic point such as Aztubek to monitor the First Order's neighbor - the Galactic Alliance along with any other unusual activity by different forces. It is the first line of border defence against all sorts of aggression that might occur from that part of the First Order's territory.
Intent: Add more depth to the First Order Security Bureau and make a nice listening outpost in the middle of nowhere bordering Galactic Alliance and First Order territory.
