Link won't work

I have tried to get URL's linked in text, but I can't get it to work today. When I click the "link" button after highlighting the text I want to link, the screen grays for a moment as if the small link box will open, but then it doesn't. When I click it again, nothing happens.

I updated Java to see if this would help, but still nothing. Is this a known bug or is this perhaps unique to my computer?

you could always manually put it between [ url = the link ]your text here[ / url ] brackets?

Unique to your computer.... try disabling extensions, or use a different browser.

Thank you, it is resolved. I tried a different browser and disabling extensions but neither worked. But for some reason it started working again after I deleted cookies.

I'm still not sure why that would effect it, but its working now so I'm not going to worry about it

you could always manually put it between your text here brackets?

I do that with everything that involves HTML code. It makes you remember all the codes rather than clicking a button.
