Intent:
The Thought Translation Unit is designed to allow the thoughts of a being to be otherwise heard if they are as so incapable of producing speech in a term or form that is not understandable to other sentient beings. While this current model is a prototype; it is currently in its testing stage before being placed on a mass market. Thus the testing is currently being done on that loveable Omega Pyre Ropo, the Supreme Commandant General of Cuteness, Lilicky.

The device itself consists of two distinct parts. The cap, which is after all a simple cap that is light weight to allow the Ropo to wear it on his head. While the second part of the device is the actual thought translator itself. This unit contains a small harness that gently holds to the wearer's cranium to keep it in place at all times and prevent it from falling off or slipping off. This allows for constant data to be monitored on its condition and how it is working. Beyond that it is a simple hat that any sentient being could wear; though at the cost of voicing their internal thoughts.
