Ultimatum
Duranium Lord
Mustafar. A planet with a history that stood out in all of time. None would remember what had happened here, few recalled as it was. Ultimatum knew of the event, but not of the true importance it had played. The greatest of duels ever fought had been on this world. Perhaps not the most advanced duel, but it was the most important. The droid did not know the ramifications of the battle. It had played a role in shaping the galaxy as it was today, yet he knew only that the battle had occurred.
The only acknowledgement to the duel of fate was a dilapidated droid manufacturing facility, one that Ultimatum had been working to rebuild. It was something that was of little importance to the droid, the greater galaxy was in such a turmoil as to arrest his attention to it. The work on the facility was not high enough on the list to warrant the time required by his droids to actually do the work. He had to expand to new words, increase influence, and prepare for the end of all. But things stood in the way, organics and their mystical powers, their weapons, and their will to fight against droids.
That was part of the reason he had asked Ryn'Dhal to meet Ultimatum on Mustafar. He needed to learn of an art that had culminated in the battle that had occurred here. This was a place of power, he could not tell himself but the organics who had spoken to him of this place had always spoken of its dread filled presence. Ultimatum had come to assume it was related to the Force, which would explain why this place was so important. It had become a... nexus of the Force. A dark one if the words of the organics he had spoken with were true. He did not wish to put [member="Ryn'Dhal"] through a test, so he left that place. Perhaps someday he would return, but for now he had to meet with a Jedi and learn.
A lightsaber was an important device, however it was also a very specific weapon. He did not have one as of yet, he had plans of going to one of the great battlefields in the core and finding one from a fallen Jedi or Sith, they would not be using it any more. But for now, he needed training in the forms used by the Force users. He had two blades forged of a pure Duraplast, purified in the heat of the volcanoes. They were nothing compared to a lightsaber, but they would have to do until such for practice. There was no way for him to easily make a blade that could resist a lightsaber, so he hoped that his Jedi friend would not mind using these for now. The droid did not hear any damage to himself, his body had been made for the purpose of lightsaber resistance, but he could not transfer that strength to a blade without the necessary materials.
He waited at Progenitor Facility, the coordinates of which were to be given to the Jedi once he had come into the system. If he came by public transportation then a vehicle would be waiting for him, which would take him directly to the point. This would be a day to remember. In fact it would be saved for eternity in his HoloNet systems.
