HISTORY
Everyone glorifies the life of scoundrel. The fast ships rocketing across the stars. The adventurous aura surrounding the dangers of the job. The romantic flings that come and ago with the roguishly handsome or ruggedly beautiful spacers. One conversation with Lexxa Grell would convince you otherwise.
Her existence began on the frigid, lawless world of Kijimi. Her father was an Umbaran spice dealer, and her human mother was one of the smugglers in his small cartel. Her life was far from being all sunshine and rainbows. Being raised among the criminality meant worrying each day what would come. Rival gangs, bounty hunters, or even an attempted raid by some outlander police force. These were the things young Lexxa had to deal with growing up. It was exacerbated by the fact that her father was te head of a spice smuggling ring.
Things only got worse when her mother was arrested, and then killed when in prison. Her father was not much of a parental figure, either. He treated her more like a servant girl than his own daughter. They would frequently fight, and she would often find herself at the recieving end of his anger. Their hatred came to a head when Lexxa, at age 16, was kidnapped by some small-timers her father owed money to Instead of giving into their ransom, her father simply ignored their demands.
Lexxa managed to escape her captors, and returned home. It was the last straw, and she put a blaster bolt between her father's eyes. She escaped off-world, forging a new path for herself. She eventually found her way to thee neon-stroked planet of Denon and became embedded in the racing culture there. After a few successful races, she built her Ugly from some scraps of a Fang fighter and a V-19 Torrent. The resulting creation was the Blue Banshee.
While she has become a moderately successful racer, the turbulence of her past still reflects back on her to this day. She puts on a bravado, yet is usually lost in a drink or a smoke as a way to cope with her upbringing. She now races to get the rush in her life that was neglected to her before. One can only hope she can find something to help her break from her self-destruction
STRENGTHS / WEAKNESSES
(+) Umbaran Eyes: Being born of partial Umbaran parentage, Lexxa can see into the ultraviolet spectrum of light. However, it is not a skill that is constantly being used like in full Umbarans. She has to focus her eyes and concentrate in order to see in this spectrum.
(+) Precognitive: Lexxa has latent connectivity to the Force that grants her a small level of precognition.It is not as developed as someone who has been trained. It mostly manifests as a sudden danger sense that causes to her to instinctually reflex. It has become a help for someone involved in fast-paced starship racing like herself.
(+) Street Fighter: Growing up on the tough streets of Kijimi, Lexxa learned how to defend herself. She seems to have taken on a style reminiscent of brawler-type boxing, while mixing knife fighting in when she has her karambit-blades out.
(-) Uncouth: Having grown up in a rather broken family, Lexxa developed a personality that is very brash, loud, and foul-mouthed. She also seems to struggle with developing close bonds with people, aside from anyone who would put up with her behavior.
(-) Addicted: Lexxa has an addiction to cigarras, and smokes them frequently. No matter how hard she's tried, she cannot kick the habit. She also has shown self-destructive behavior while flying, seeming to have an addiction to adrenaline and competition.

- A pair of karambit-like vibroknives
VEHICLES
- Blue Banshee, her racing Ugly made from a Mandalorian Fang-class fighter and a V-19 Torrent interceptor
- From the Fang-class, the Banshee has the central ion engine, ventral torpedo launcher, and hyperdrive.
- From the V-19, the Banshee obtained the two secondary engines, wing-mounted laser cannons, and s-foils.
