- After 6 months - slowly growing and cultivating. Requires regular maintenance and 'pruning'
- After 12 months - Fully germinated. Prepared for basic job requirements and able to adapt to new job requirements as necessary
- 12 months to 10 years - Active and flourishing. Requires a constant supply of nutrition & energy
- After 10 years - Enters 'recycling' phase of its lifespan. Will attempt to return to nature and allow itself to be composted.
- Viability: Requires regular exposure to sunlight, water, and nutrients, comparable to that of a Vinithi. This can be supplemented (or in extenuating circumstances replaced) with food and water intake akin to a humanoid of similar stature and build.
- Description: Combining physiology of both flora and fungi, a leshy is visually distinct from other humanoids. Simple distinguishing features might alter from leshy to leshy, but the basic humanoid shape (head on top of a neck, two arms, two legs, simple torso) remains consistent. The leshy may choose to alter different characteristics of themselves, based on personal preference.

- Nutritional Value: Little to none; the leshy is designed for locomotion, not nutrition

- Other Effects: The leshy is fully motile, but requires daily connection to a source of nutrients and/or energy.
- Distinctions: Unlike other flora or fungi, the leshy is distinctly humanoid - they have comparable intelligence to protocol droids, able to converse in limited function and able to perform various limited tasks.
- The leshy is designed for tasks that a humanoid or a droid could perform. This includes tasks that might require significant dexterity (food preparation, precise instrument calibration, bartending, etc.).
- Made of accelerated plant life, leshies are able to self-heal rapidly, provided they have the recommended nutrient intake.
- Requires time to build. The leshy requires a source of nutrient intake, as well as significant time to cultivate, in order for it to be fully 'operational'. Unlike a droid which can be manufactured in mere hours, each leshy requires 12 months and regular personal attention to cultivate.
- Entirely organic, leshies are vulnerable to everything that plants and fungi would be, including viruses, malnutrition, extreme temperatures, etc.
Jack cannot be everywhere himself. In an effort to create organic 'drones' of a sort, he drew inspiration from already-existing sentient plant species (and himself) to craft a humanoid plant that can assist with work that needs doing when Jack can't be present. Simple in design, construction, and functionality, they provide basic services and amenities, but little else.
