RATIONALE
Legionis Systems was created at the behest of Darth Virelia following the initial stages of the Velgrath Ascension Protocol, an ongoing competition to determine the dominant war engine of a new Sith age. Recognizing that reliance on disparate suppliers, fractured doctrine, and legacy systems would weaken any hope of decisive supremacy, Virelia commissioned a vertically integrated subsidiary under the VesperWorks umbrella to construct a military force not bound by past constraints.
Drawing from her control of Polis Massa's subterranean foundries, a war chest acquired through years of calculated political maneuvering, and blackstream partnerships within the Sith-Imperial shadow economy, she authorized the full-scale activation of Legionis Systems.
Its purpose is absolute: to make everything the Fourth Legion requires—without question, without failure, and without delay.
