Learning Some Bladework

With Havoc' Squad's recent acquisition of basic, heavy duty duty alchemical blades that can survive lightsaber duels, Kiyron actually has a bit of a chance against a Sith opponent. Unfortunately and understandably, he doesn't a thing about sword fighting. Anyone able to teach him?

The problem I'm seeing between a NFU and FU duel with blades is that FU's are enhanced by the force, not only consciously but subconsciously. They tend to react faster and sense incoming strikes, which still give a massive disadvantage to NFU's. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm just saying be wary of getting into duels with FU's, even when you have your own blade.

I'm not really suggesting a duel...perhaps my use of the word spar was misleading. He wanted to work on his character learning blade work so I thought we could RP a sort of training session. We could work it out so that I avoid using force powers or whatever. Just a thought. [member="Luminous"]

I'm not intending to go around dueling Sith for the fun of it. It's why Kiyron's a sniper rather than a front-line shock trooper. It's more of a back-up action or when things get messy up close and personal.

for the record we don't know it is alchemical it is experimental phrik alloy like on the box but yes some blade work would be a good thing to get
